The court reporter has a pro esport gaming chair 😂. Go her 😅
This dude was well on his way to racking up the victim count. Him low key stealing the personal x-rated video from the borrowed phone of the store clerk is advanced creep behavior.
This is one really stupid ex-officer. Lost his gun at a crime scene and too dumb to go look for it.
@@dianehutchison7601 Goes right back to being dumb. He has to know in situation like this failure is not an option.
Sounds like he may have gone back that night and couldn’t locate it.
His shirt is going to rip like the hulk.
Definitely a Alpha Male, probably on the juice who is saying don’t F- K with me or this what you will get.
This pattern is usually a sign of weakness and I’m going to try and intimidate you 😂😂
Omg!! I’ve seen him on the first 48! I’d recognize that stache anywhere
Yeah me to I saw it yesterday and was mesmerized the trial was still going on😊
So did he mistakenly leave his firearm behind at the crime scene, or did Susana manage to remove his gun from the truck without him knowing, yet didnt get the opportunity to use it against him? It's difficult to believe he left it accidentally, then decided the following morning after returning that simply reporting it stolen would be good enough.
i think he dropped it in the dark.
He might have left his gun accidentally and was afraid to return to the crime scene to get it, or he planted it, and reported it stolen. Susana definitely didn’t have it, because she was found naked.
Could be either… good question actually…
@@AmericanObserver-kq7yeHe may have planted his own gun? You actually hit the send button after typing that.
Was there a point in the trial where the defense attorney just stopped cross examining the witnesses?
I've watched the trial and about five people have cried on the stand some are professionals he's going to appeal because he's going to say the jury was swayed by the tears 😭😭😭
Did they ever jave setial number on cloak match miles missing gun ?
Yes they traced the serial number and it came up stolen in the database reported by Miles Bryant
Are you drunk?
Not drunk but half asleep lol
Ya his wife was calling 📞 him
That s way he left the phone he
Had to get home fast 😢😢
I support our men in blue and I know this is probably a ridiculous observation, but what are these officers half smiling about while testifying. A young woman was unalived. I hope it was just nerves or being happy to catch this guy and not because of all the attention. Not a good look for this kind of case. That being said, Great job guys!❤
Sometimes, people aren’t concerned or sad when the victim isn’t a part of their racial group. Maybe, if the victim were a 16 year old Caucasian girl those police wouldn’t have been smiling.
The Black cop cried on the stand, because his wife is Hispanic and his daughter reminded him of Susana’s sister. He had a connection.
@@AmericanObserver-kq7ye You sound like you speak from experience
@@tomreid5002He definitely knows too much. I'd say a racist.
@@PatrickFDolan Yep. Only one would think like that
