I find that C9 inks dry back a LOT and really lighten up. The first time I used Powder I thought I was going to fall out how dark it was when I put it down. Dried back beautiful though! Thanks for the inspiration, Mindy! Great color choices!

Very cool. I like how you could also do the pattern stamping with the first stencil lined up in case you don't want the words on the flowers. Just depends what look you are going for.

Gorgeous cards, Mindy! My favorite is actually the last background you showed, with the gold paste(?) for the flower centers. I just think that is such a cool effect. A tip for repairing small bits where your cardstock peels like where your Post It tape was: take a small dab of a liquid glue that dries clear & matte, & just apply it to the peeled bit. I generally use my finger to smooth the paper layer that peeled VERY gently, so as not to rip or peel it further. My glue of choice for that especially is Perfect Paper Adhesive in the matte finish. I'm not sure what other glues might work, but I strongly recommend a matte finish so that the repair is not really visible. I have sometimes gotten this to work on something like a patterned paper with a white core, if the paper tore in such a way that I can smooth the edge of the patterned side over the torn bit to cover the white core. But I find it works most easily with solid color cardstock that doesn't have a white core. Unless it's white cardstock, of course, in which case you will have a white core. :) Hope that makes sense. Just make sure when you do this you don't have ink on your fingers, especially a water-reactive ink, or you'll have an ink stain on your repair. Anyway, thank you for sharing.
