Quite impressive. Imagine having a poseable 3D model feature so you could move hands, arms ,fingers, pose them exactly as you want for things like movie scenes. Could drop in objects, for them to hold etc. Things like Elements on Kling may make that unneeded in the future but would still be cool
You already can pose 3d figures and use them as a guidance in controlnet. If you have a good gpu just install stable diffusion. It's free, open source and comes with more control
@@clonosaurios I meant within Krea. I've used Stable Diffusion since day one it came out, same with control net but honestly I find half the time it doesn't work properly and it's cumbersome, a nice simple interface is what we need now.
That is what I am waiting for. I would also like to see some kind of plug-in for blender to really improve what can be done there. Right now I dig the style like AlienCantina and wish I could get anything close to that out of Sora.
That Film Agent clip is just a Synty Studio set (Office) and the characters that come with it running some stock animations. I've used it for a few projects. Synty is a great resource for low poly assets in Unity. It would be awesome to be able to convert a low poly Unity video to a photo realistic movie.
I mean, that Sora remix I did toward the end…I mean, yes: janky, but getting there for sure. Good to know about the “preset” office studio. That makes sense. I get that they’re a research team, not y’know, game designers. So it makes sense they’d use something like that.
Krea’s ‘Image to 3D and back to Image’ has probably got to be one of the most useful features added to AI recently. But it would definitely be a lot more useful if the 3D models were rigged to help with posing. Rigging would be helpful for getting accurate poses of our characters, for posing multiple consistent characters together, and also for making adjustments to props (e.g., opening & closing the doors of a 3D car). Additionally, I think it would be cool if we could upload our own rigged 3D models that we designed ourselves and be able to use them to put together different scenes.
The 3D game engine aspect tackles so many of AI video’s inherent problems. I mean, it also introduces a host of new ones, but I honestly think it’s the workflow of the future. Basically, simplify the process of game and 3d animation with generative assets, and then render a junky output via video to video. That Sora example toward the end is, yeah- still wonky, but getting there.
yeah, film agent plus unity. thanks. now if only it could come out as a fully produced AI video. like, what if LTX was that capable? and if there were better voice clones? but I will look into that, and unity. thanks Tim, you always make me laugh!
Cool, prompt to movie step. Hopefully the workflow, for that concept, will be much simpler/streamlined one/two/tree years from now. 🙂 Eg adding a script (the story), genre, mode (tensions, dialogue styles etc), backdrops (environments aimed at "Unity" compliance) etc and picking what agents would be used for eg the output style (cartoon, anime, realistic etc), director style (based on existing methods/principles), cinematography style (kind of like based on genre selected + flow of the storytelling) etc. Skipping the manual Unity step. 😁
Thanks so much! And yeah, Hostinger has been super cool to work with! I'm still building up the site, but I hope to showcase/release it for another spot with them soon!
Wow. This is a catfish tool if I ever saw one. Brilliant. And Film Agent is like a game I used to play back in the day and modded it to make movies called: The Movies. Awesome.
100%! Although I still maintain there is a point of too much control. It'll be an interesting balance. I love that Advanced Live Portrait expression thingy....but SO MANY SLIDERS. The trick is really going to come down to simplifying the toolset.
Believe someone made a blender plugin/extension that links into comfyUI especially to fix the 3D to image generation issues (so as long as you get the low poly generated version as a obj or fbx and in a T-pose you can do a auto rig and use that. Believe the Film Agent one is already a few years old now as i remember seeing a video about it when agents were first introduced in the Ai sphere.
As a 3D artist, I've been using similar workflows for a while but I'm excited to see them become more accessible. The era of text prompting is dead! Or at least it's a small part of what we can do
Haha. Maybe the Man in the Blue Business Suit will come across a statute of 3d Tim’s giant head. Like he’s on some bizarre version of Easter Island! Terrifying.
Really hoping InvokeAI ups their game and brings LAYERED instant image generation onto their UI. This will allow parts of the images to change like you showed there without the whole image being re-noised. That is something that will, as a former artist, be a start of a proper artist tool for real artists to fool around with to bring efficiency to their workflow. (I'm sure it's a coding nightmare to make though)
That’s the other big thing that REALLY needs to be solved with real time. I’ve pitched it a number of times and various companies have always said “we’re working on it”- at this point, I can only presume you’ve got it right: likely easier said than done.
Okay, just going to be real - Film Agent looks like a perfect excuse to learn unity. I would have had a bigger field day if this linked with Unreal Engine myself (just because I am more familiar with it), but this might be the motive to go for unity. I put it off for the most part because I have been following UEs film capabilities sense I found sequencer in 4.5.
It just keeps getting better and better. To think this technology now is only going into its third year. I am going to have to take a crack at this one though. I have concept art of characters and curiosity is getting the better of me haha. But I don't have a lot of variants with a consistent style. That might be my only problem but we shall see.
It’s a lot of fun! You might want to try erasing areas of your input and rough painting them in via the brush as well. I think you can get some “pose” control going there as well. Third year. You’re totally right. Insane!
Import as well! Might be interesting to see what you could get, considering there have been a lot of advancements on that front. Just need some rigging now!
It’s the money shot! Haha, even when I was putting together the thumbnail after I finished the video. I was like, “is that too pandering? No. No, of course it’s not” Krea is 100% a value add to any AI stack! So much under the hood there!
The real-time image genera I'm an artist and those All the cans of tools and controls I would like to have. This is a good step in the right direction and I agree with you , they need to add ringing so he can put in precise poses
Is there anyway to really get multiple consistent characters? I am sick of having to cut multiple characters out and putting them all around a screen and hoping for a decent output 🤦🏿
In the realtime? You kinda can. I tried it with two different 3d models in the same frame, but both characters tended to take on the same training data. So, yes- if they’re twins? Haha You might want to check out the previous video I did this week on Kling’s elements. That’s pretty rock solid for multiple consistent characters. Although, you might get some text to video weirdness.
Haha. Yeah, I was working without any outline today. You can always tell when that’s the case if I say things like “obviously” and “the thing is..” Funny enough, I’ve got a book on the shelf titled “stop saying um”- might be time to finally dust that off. Obviously.
Early last year, I thought of the possibility of using your own character reference sheets as weights for ai. Its very cool to see it actually implemented! I wonder how it will be used!
It’s been needed for awhile! I think we’ll see a big jump up in consistency for characters this year. Even today, you can get pretty close, but a lot of times the clothes are going to change a bit. Hopefully that is totally solved soon!
Week by week, a new AI program usurps the previous version. We are closer than ever to Blockbuster movies being made by the average Joe in their bedroom.
Something pretty big ey... I think i might know what you're talking about but it could just be some other pretty big thing, so many big things these days hahaha
Shoot! Sorry, I always do that! I think after I get done with chapters (the worst part of the job) I’m always so quick to bounce away from the desk! I’ll pop it up there later today!

What a great update!
Love your channel… always get up to date ai info from you!
Appreciate it!! Yeah, Krea is a hidden gem! Maybe not so hidden anymore!

Spatial Relationships is the biggest hindrance to AI video currently. Film Agent could be massive if implemented correctly.

Stop motion mannequins to movies baby. I knew this day would come.
Awesome.
I actually still want to do an AI film in a stop motion style. I think it'll come out kinda cool.
4:54 The details of the background keep changing too, not just the plane.

Great video. And great sponsorship placement!

A film agent using Unreal Engine would be Epic! 😁
Wow. This is a catfish tool if I ever saw one. Brilliant. And Film Agent is like a game I used to play back in the day and modded it to make movies called: The Movies. Awesome.

@@TheoreticallyMedia You got me.

Appreciate you!!!
Great to see the first steps being made into 3D workflows these should be really advanced by the end of the year giving us the control we need.

12:50 thx for sharing our recent work😊
Tim, another great video, thanks for the content!
On the thumbnail, consistent*.
Good eye! Man, long day! Updated! And you’re hired!!!
@ No sweat 👍 Any idea when the rest of us can get our hands on Veo 2? I’m ready to make the switch from Runway.

@3:00 It is actually such a cool picture and pretty much you!
It has a few misses from some angles, but yeah: When it hits. it hits! Hmmm, maybe I won't have to take stupid thumbnail photos anymore!
wow-- some pretty big updates coming pretty regularly on the video side of things now... pretty amazing how fast it all moves.
As a 3D artist, I've been using similar workflows for a while but I'm excited to see them become more accessible. The era of text prompting is dead! Or at least it's a small part of what we can do
3D Tim needs to get into the channel lore like the man in blue suit
Haha. Maybe the Man in the Blue Business Suit will come across a statute of 3d Tim’s giant head. Like he’s on some bizarre version of Easter Island!

If you prompt the arm and hand position it helps a lot
Ah, I forgot to mention that in the video!
So AI is basically simulating a whole movie production team, very cool and clever since no reason to reinvent the wheel.
I just love the fact that they’ve probably all driven the poor screenwriter module to start drinking. Poor bot.

Nice work, Tim!
turn that AI strength bar waaaaay down for it to follow your image closer. (the bar above your prompt entry text box)
yes, that is the point, with that done, it become 100 time more powerfull
I have that in the video. I kind of find that 73% was working well. You think lower? Like 30%? I’ll try it out!
4:00 would be cool if there was something like this where you could export a 3d model in .obj format or similar.
Now I really want to see this Titanic/Alien crossover movie.
Thanks Tim!
1:39 It looks like HD is the model that most closely adheres to your scribbles.
HD and Flux seem to do the best job-- Of course, I didn't try generating by starting with one of the other models. That might be worth exploring.
That 3d version of you 😂🤣🤣😂😂
CURSED!!
@ 😂
Really cool. I’m assuming this is on the Internet tool? Is there a competitor like this that does this locally?
"a whole folder of images of me pointing at nothing and making faces" 😂 ...Before RUclips that might have been weird. Now, not so much.
Haha, YOU know exactly what I'm talking about!! I HATE thumbnail shoot day!!
i think this 3d technology or conversion option will also be available at midjourney soon
How do you do your character sheet in Midjourney? I have a hard time getting a full body and multiple angels.
