Monte Gaggio is a peak located in the Ticino Prealps, in the Ticino region, in Switzerland. At 2267 meters above sea level, it is not one of the highest peaks in the area, but it still offers a wonderful hiking experience and breathtaking panoramic views.
This excursion begins in the Gorduno Valley from the Alpe Arami hut at 1441 meters, located in a panoramic position, surrounded by alpine meadows and woods. This starting point offers a peaceful and evocative environment, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in nature before starting the excursion. The climb to Monte Gaggio represents the beginning of an exciting adventure through mountain paths and the natural beauty of the area. During the first part of the route you cross pastures and woods up to steep grassy slopes.

Il Monte Gaggio è una vetta che si trova nelle Prealpi Ticinesi, nella regione del Ticino, in Svizzera. Con i suoi 2267 metri d'altitudine, non è una delle vette più alte della zona, ma offre comunque una splendida esperienza escursionistica e viste panoramiche mozzafiato.
Questa escursione iniza nalla Valle di Gorduno dalla Baita Alpe Arami a 1441 metri, situata in una posizione panoramica, circondata da prati alpini e boschi.
