Not like my free Oracle VPS, which is 4 cores, 24GB RAM and 200GB SSD and I just hecked it is 466 days uptime and hosting my cloud backups and etc. I don't know if Oracle still offer that free lifetime VPS or not, as I got mine like 2-3 years ago and so far works perfect.
Its useless product the free version basically will run out of storage so fast even if its says 100GB due to the fact that AI models are huge. Also that free credits on GPU will also runs out so fast before you can do anything useful with it. It will also be put to sleep if not being used unless you are trying to circumvent it which is fall under moral obligation so yeah again if you want to host non gpu/ai related then just go for those cheap vps out there its already cheap right now don't be a cheapskate. If you do need free AI related then use free ones from Bing, etc. If you want to provides professional services then yeah again dont be a cheapskate and pay the services properly.

have you confirmed whether or not it can be 24/7. (does the service stay online for 4 hours regardless of traffic or does it go offline after 4 hours if inactivity but is 24/7 as long as there is traffic)

They're out of capacity now, I also have one, but the Ampere processor isn't that great, but that's what u get fo free tho
Lucky you. I was able to setup Oracle VPS free tier but after a day or two, Oracle cancelled mine
