Carbonara is a very traditional and basic pasta dish from Italian cuisine. I made myCarbonara in a traditional way with egg and Parmesan cheese only.The creamy texture is created by emulsifying egg, pancetta, water form starch. It is a quick and easy way to prepare a budget home meal.
