It takes tons of energy to go through counselling. That plus heart break is a painful combination. Take care bwolf and play some crash bandicoot. And remember.. Some times two people need to fall apart to realise just how much they need to fall back together. 🤞

It hit me when you say that you feel “empty” inside. :( you know that you will always have friends and family around you but you need that “something” to fill your empty ness or at least help fill some of it up. That’s one of the worst feelings in the world and I am truly sorry for what you have experienced for I do remember exactly how it feels. Just remember that your an amazing caring Wolfman who will eventually have a really amazing life if you continue the path that your on. Keep trying to talk to new people, tell others about your opinions, etc. everything adds up in the end even if you think it’s nothing. I swear I always have your back man :v
