We just came across your videos with this one being our first viewing, very enjoyable. My wife and I are in our 60s and did camping when we were younger, I don’t really have any videos of our past camping events sadly, I wish I did. The videos we do have, my wife and I of 40 years truly enjoy looking back on them. You two are going to have a wonderful loving time reviewing these videos in your retirement age or even anytime. Even your stressful times you still seemed to enjoy yourselfs. later in life you will be feeling the same as we do watching them I’m sure. You two make a wonderful couple and in rough times I hope you look back on these videos like this for reconnecting. We wish you too the very best in your life. God bless.
What a cool video! Most RUclipsrs stress over staying under a certain length but you guys proved it’s more about keeping it interesting and not repetitive. I watched the whole 3 hours straight through and you guys did such a good job of keeping things moving and providing just the right amount of details as your journey moved along! For the record, that slide topper deserved it! I hate those things. Great job!
Your husband needs to get out more often and explore Mexico. There’s so many beautiful places to see and experience. You could tell he was annoyed by challenges or uncertainty that come with adventure. Other than that, great content. I’ll watch you guys again.
It was actually the first time for both of us getting to explore Mexico and we spent nearly 3 months down there and thoroughly loved it. In fact, every time someone asks us our favorite place we've visited, Craig says Baja. Thanks for watching and if you do keep watching more of our videos, you'll find that we aren't about that "only share the highlights" life on RUclips. We share our challenges as well, and we try to share them as they happen, which means that sometimes we are a little stressed, and you get our very real and in the moment reactions, like reacting to having to back out a huge RV into oncoming traffic because we turned down the wrong road lol. Life isn't rainbows and butterflies all the time, but if we weren't both having fun with this lifestyle and all our crazy adventures, we sure as heck wouldn't still be doing it!
😂😂😂i love it Craig you are awesome keep it up…. I definitely would have reacted differently too. New place unknown everything and I have a hard time with unfamiliar situations…..🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 coming from a Carolina girl. Great job you guy got to experience a new challenge togather…. And your is awesome for being brave too.🥰
We passed this border in January 2023 with our ford van! They inspected ours for at least 20-25 minutes while we were sitting there! I loved shopping for groceries in Mexico 🇲🇽. Thanks for the footage , it reminds me of our nice road trip in Baja
OMG MY FIRST WILD RV LIFE MOVIE!!!! Baja is the first place on my list for hubby and I when we finally find our rig so iam def watching the whole thing!! Love it!
Excellent job on editing and videoing. A nice one stop video that talks about the area, great idea. Some will complain it is too long, but they will watch 3 hours of video right after they complain. Hope you guys are staying safe and healthy. Would have been nice to go along with you guys on the trip you found a lot of great places.
When I seen the watch time I thought, no way! But I can watch a few minutes. Yeah! That didnt work. You guys dragged me in and it was great. Thank you.
Yes, i save & use my old coffee. For 2 or 3 days. Heat it or as ice coffee. We lived 20 yrs in San Felipe. Still have a place to park there. Drove to Cabo, but with a truck & camper on the truck. In the late 90's. Mexico is always a blast! Enjoyed your video. Appreciated your outlook on the Baja. You come across as a refreshing, wholesome young couple. Thank you for the video. Sonja
I absolutely loved watching your adventure! You two are very cute and Craig is a sweetheart and so much patience! Unless of course you edited or bleeped the hard time…haha. Can’t wait to follow you on your adventures!
I found u guys and by accident and u guys are awesome!! Luvthe puppie and luv how u guys interact! I wait for sundays cause i know u guys are gonna post.. keepup thw adventures and maybe one day well cross paths in the wild !! Until nwxt sunday!❤
You guys are fun to watch, goofy, normal people, like the rest of us, who don’t take themselves to seriously. We have been on one camping trip in our Z3610 so far and looking forward to a lot more!
Great video. I have one suggestion and it would be if you inserted a photo from Google Maps with a pin to show your exact location that you visit after or before you arrive. Keep up the fun videos.
LMAO.. I have never seen anyone have such an adventure with just the rv trailer they were towing. You both were very patient I will say and just went with the flow. You handled it much better than I think I would have. Oh and just a little advise I think I would e looking for a better place to store that spare tire rather than on the back of the trailer hanging low as it is. Overall fun adventures Id say. Well done.
First time watching and enjoyed it. You’re living my dream. Unfortunately I am homebound disabled and only leave home for dr appts. I dream of traveling and trying different foods and meeting friends I have made online but I have to just enjoy what you’re doing. Thanks for sharing
I was only able to watch 2 hours today but I noticed you cut out all of Creigs donuts stops , was it to painful to relive LOL I remember he went on a diet when you got back to the states and he wouldn't say was his weight was LOL good times .
Great video, love the longer length. When you were in Cerritos did you see the local dog rescue facility? Two very popular Canadian YTers go to Baja a lot and earlier this year they met a local who wanted to open a rescue to take in all of the local strays. The couple, avid dog lovers, said 'let's do it' and they helped him build the facility (Cerritos Beach Dogs) along with a not-for-profit cafe. Two of the first group of puppies that were taken in/vetted etc were adopted by families in Canada. Snakes, so now we know why it was a private beach with no one else around. Pickleball is becoming very popular in Canada too.
I love your channel. You both are an awesome couple. A Happy go lucky pair. I learn a lot with your travels and look forward to continuing watching your adventures. Kudos!
I live in San Felipe but I grew up in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I have to say your videos have been so entertaining. Between you and @eatseerv I have been inspired to explore even more. Safe travels my friends.
I watched, paused to go run errands, watched, laughed, fell asleep, woke up, and went back to watch where I left off 😂🤣 Great video! I think yall are cute and I think you both handle challenges very well. You seem to try to be more optimistic so your husband doesn't stress as much...him saying "this sucks" every now and then is hilarious 🤣 and makes it even better when I see him smiling other times in the video. I doubt I'll take my RV on an adventure like this but I'm glad you shared your experiences!
Hi guys! Love the movie, but tbh I skipped parts of it since we had binge watched all your videos recently. We are traveling through Texas but it’s so cold. Today we are leaving this RV park in Groesbeck, Tx and heading south of Huston. Hopefully it’s a bit warmer. You didn’t respond to my last comment on last week’s video and I can’t blame you, it was pretty gross. I was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else or am I the only idiot out there that didn’t remove the cap lol. Thnx for sharing again, looking forward to meeting you next month in Tampa. Keep the videos coming, we LOVE LOVE LOVE them, you guys are awesome! Enjoy your holiday in North Carolina and stay safe!! 🤍 Freddy and Bryan.
Releasing air from the tires doesn’t create a high flotation tire. After years of driving on soft sand beaches I can tell you I pulled out so many vehicles who deflated their tires and wound up still stuck with low air pressure which then had to be reinflated before driving. You need bigger tires or to stay off soft sand.😊 Good idea to get roll up emergency traction mats also to go with your traction boards.
I've been watching the entire series and at no point did I hear you guys call each other by name! I congratulate both of you for having a pair of balls in place. Very good adventures. Y Arriba México 🇲🇽
No way!!!! What’re the odds?!?! I have a 2019 Cummins with a 2022 Durango 383rlq. (She’s not happy) sold our home and now we’re full time rving & it’s honestly been a stressful/learning experience, but at the same time a great experience!!!
Hello I came across your channel couple nights ago and I'm glued I've been binge watching since while I've watched one whole video the Mexican trip the Mexico trip and I watched the video of somebody else's Channel and they showed that those must be the high points where you guys visited because they showed the very same places that that they camped in their RV I thought that was kind of cool but I am glued to you guys not only are you hilarious and funny but he just kind of goes with the flow and I just I can't help but to laugh it's so funny but I love how you guys communicate and get on each other's nerves in a way but yet you're still there you know you don't argue and I just love it I mean it takes two to tango that's for sure and your dogs are beautiful but about what is his name the one that kept rolling in the poop that I mean I know it's not funny but it is funny in a way because I know how bad that could smell and get into your furniture oh my goodness but I tell you guys whatever you take for energy is working because it seems yes it's fun to travel but you seem to be unpacking and cleaning out the rig I mean it's a have to I guess when you're RV living but it seems like you do that more than you're actually enjoying yourself but maybe I'm wrong but I love how they how you don't leave anything out and even the bloopers or whatever you you still oh my God I can imagine having a blooper page of you guys that would be really funny cuz you guys are funny on regular you know without with filming you're filming which is amazing I can't believe you haven't been doing this for what 3 years I mean and the Drone shots and everything is just excellent but I am a single mom of three I'm 60 so I'm a grandma now of 9 grandchildren and I would love nothing more than to meet someone and be able to do exactly what you're doing I'm so I mean I live in a mobile home it's a it's an older mobile home it's a 1997 but the only way I'm never going to see the world and places is to see it through you RUclipsrs size that's the only way I'll ever see anything is Through Your Eyes and other RUclips channels my kids have got their hands full with with children and you know I'm just kind of alone so I never went back to meeting anybody and don't really feel like dating I've got health problems and I just don't feel good A lot of the time but what brings me up is I can turn on RUclips and watch my favorites which I just added you guys to so I'm using the speaker microphone thing so I hope all this makes sense when you read it but I'm going to see what other videos you've made and keep watching thank you Kathy from West Virginia and it is a hot one here today it's 94 degrees and 91% humidity can't stay in that stickiness I might have to visit the hose here in a little bit and then come back in and the air conditioning okay I just wanted to let you know who I was and then I really enjoy your videos and I subscribed to All I'm going to be able to watch everything cuz I want all the notifications much love from West Virginia
Very good video! Itt really gives an accurate picture of traveling. No matter where you are and how you are traveling facing the unknown is both exciting and challenging. One of the best videos I have seen. Thank you!
Out at burning Man, I have had plenty of problems with wind and my slide topper. My solution has been to put big heavy objects on top of it. Sometimes I would put a tarp on it first to protect it sometimes I would have a 6 x 6 wrong piece of wood that worked the best. Other times I had to use totes full of heavy items like firewood, but it keeps it from flapping up and down. The worst is the dust storms out there blowing in the slide seals. Good luck!! 🍀
While driving on soft surfaces and sand, you do not have the right tires at all. I have a 2019 GMC 3500 diesel truck and I have had three different brands of tires and the tires that came with the truck from the factory were H/T tires and they were the same tires that you got on your truck. I got new A/T tires and they were ok but not great. I got the new pollo open country R/T trails and I love them on my truck. They are a new tire from Pollo that has only been out for roughly 2 years and I got them last year and they do extremely well in rain, snow, sand, mud, red clay, and softer dirt. And they have pretty good grip as well. What I like about them is there not as heavy like a traditional R/T and M/T tire. The Toyo R/T Trails have a 2 ply sidewall, unlike the traditional R/T and M/T tries that have a 3 ply sidewall. But the Toyo R/T trails have a 2 ply sidewall, but it is extra thick, that way you get the benefits of a 3 ply sidewall without the extra weight and rolling resistance and you get the smoother ride of a 2 sidewall.
So thats why our boarder is still open!!! You guys forgot to shut the door on your way back in... 🤣🤣 Good vids guys! What an adventure you guys have had!
Hi just found your channel. And love you guys. Hopefully heading to Baja next winter. Anyways wanted to give you a tip Viva paper towels won’t unravel ( as easy ) try them.
Hello guys i just happenned to see yout video and looks very good and very kind. I love in Tijuana. And i am from México. Thanks You fot doing a good video from our Baja.
we run a 2021 48 Foot Cyclone toy hauler pulled with 2018 GMC 3500 Dually Duramax really like to pick your brain over this trip that we plan on taking in the spring of 25
Hello just started watching your channel so far big fan!!! Fun fact about Mexico’s currency. The reason the bills are different sizes and colors is to help people who are blind or hard of sight to be able to distinguish the different amounts, they also have ridges near the value that serves as a form of braille.
He got so high after flushing the black tank that he crossed off the wrong thing on the list. Look at his eyes at 1:12:14. My man is enjoying himself 😂
Thank you so much for letting me come along on your journey . It was very beautiful and I would love to go down there . So I am sure you guys have your moments , but you look like you guys don't really fight (haha) You 2 are a cute couple, I did notice you like to take more than him . Love your dogs , but the 2 dogs that follow you guys that day . They were cute dogs too , who did they belong to ? I usually don't watch videos like these , but you two are entertaining . I enjoy it very much . Thank you again Tammy from Everett Washington . I would love to start traveling like you guys . (One day)
If you are ever back in the Baja area you should check out this place called punta Baja. I remember going there with my mom and dad and we ate 4 ft lobster. And there was a bunch of 2/3 ft lobsters as well but I got a picture with the lobster the size of the kitchen table
Hello! We are new to the RV life and LOVE your channel. Where did you get your padded oversized tan folding chairs with footrest?! I’ve been looking for some like that everywhere!!! Look forward to your videos. Thanks! 19:21
I bought a 2023 springdale, Keystone 22 feet didn't want sliders but first trip from muncie, indiana to everrett, Washington I discovered drivers side 2nd panel from the top opened up spread around 4 feet 1 and half gap in between now I need it repaired 1 tech in sumner center said there are not enough staples holding that side on plus the front was pushing in as I would drive other everything inside the camper works great
I just came upon your RUclips site, I've always wanted to take my trailer to Baja so I thoroughly enjoyed your adventure. PS I don't think you'll find "skinny road" on any map, but you might find "narrow roads" mentioned
Next time for creamer get condensed milk in a can I think it's Nestle, great video! Aww I could hear Luis Miguel singing as you ate your pineapple pizza :D
Great video if I can make a recommendation though get some better tires for your truck lol like ko2s or good year dura tracs or something along those lines
OK, a little late on the uptake, but WoW, y'all are so funny in your own way and bring us into your RV life and/or journey. Thanks! Very well done. I almost feel like I have just visited Mexico.😂 I'm dreaming of getting a b+ van type and going for it. I really appreciate y'all sharing the trials, challenges, and struggles that come up. That's kinda what kept me watching. BTW, on a Totally unrelated note,.. do both of y'all have green eyes?🤔

I really appreciate you taking the time and showing the whole experience you had of traveling down the Baja in one sitting.
Thank you so much for the appreciation. It did actually take much longer than we expected to compile it all into one video 😅
Your husband needs to get out more often and explore Mexico. There’s so many beautiful places to see and experience. You could tell he was annoyed by challenges or uncertainty that come with adventure. Other than that, great content. I’ll watch you guys again.

Your one doggo, sitting between you two while driving right before the fair,, the way she was looking at you smiling and lovingly, was so adorable ❤❤
Thanks…..another place on my bucket list. And by the way, we flush our black tank with every dump and never have trouble with our level gauges.
Definitely a bucket list trip! And that’s a good thing to hear! We do it a lot more with our new one 😄
I absolutely loved watching your adventure! You two are very cute and Craig is a sweetheart and so much patience! Unless of course you edited or bleeped the hard time…haha. Can’t wait to follow you on your adventures!

Fun fact about Mexico’s currency. The reason the bills are different sizes and colors is to help people who are blind or hard of sight to be able to distinguish the different amounts, they also have ridges near the value that serves as a form of braille.
Oh nice, thank you for that info and also, I love that!! I bet it makes it much easier to differentiate the currency.

If you are ever back in the Baja area you should check out this place called punta Baja. I remember going there with my mom and dad and we ate 4 ft lobster. And there was a bunch of 2/3 ft lobsters as well but I got a picture with the lobster the size of the kitchen table
