On Christmas, we enjoy a late dinner that typically includes roasted turkey, another meat option such as lamb, beef, or ham, yeast rolls, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens. We also have deviled eggs and various side dishes, along with dessert. We prepare so much food that we usually have leftovers for about three days after Christmas.
