    hey Justin just wanted to tell you that I have completely learnt guitar from you and you probably don't even know. I'm 16 years old and have been playing for 3 years. I feel really bummed that I can't thank you in person, and repay you for all you have done, but i hope one day I will be able to!

    As much as I have watched and appreciated Justin over the past 3 years, time and time again I find myself amazed at how good he is. From the basic chords, the strumming, the general coaching comments, the additional dynamics, the sincerity .... it takes a certain type of person to be a great guitar player. It also takes a certain person to be a great teacher. Not sure there are too many that are both. Fantastic lesson.

    Great lesson! Question - How important is it to keep your hand moving. I've been playing a while and i have the habit of pausing on to skips instead of the hand moving. I've often watched good guitarist and I watch there hand i sometimes think there's more going on than if i just listen to it. That said, since you suggested and since i've seen other guitarist do it; should i get in the habit of continuous hand movement??

    • @SelinaScavo
      @SelinaScavo 7 лет назад

      Hi Joshua, I'm not Justin, but let me answer anyway: It is MUCH easier to get into and keep the rhythm and strumming pattern up fluidly if you keep your strumming hand moving and miss the strings, especially with more complicated strumming patterns.
