If lectures are too fast at your college, you can refer videos on RUclips for clearing concepts from the channels I mentioned in the video .Then read that particular topic from textbook(Ak jain or else sembulingam-it has easy language or GK PAL)and for writing ‘why’ questions try to include flow charts and write point wise answers…write main main points
Yes don’t worry GK pal is a very good book and has a simple presentation of difficult topics Vasudevan is a bit extensive book..you may read it for concepts but for exams, Rajesh sir’s notes will benefit you a lot.
Ma'am in Bhalani book we have to study the questions given in previous year paper section ? Or the section of topics given in start of the book... because this section has almost full syllabus marked as important 😕

Reading theory well can easily help you tackle those.
