  • The answer is no, you should not be drinking if you are trying to heal yourself with the carnivore diet. But, as I lament on this video, sometimes it happens. I share Dave Asprey's research from the Bullet Proof Diet book on what he discovered about the yeast and mold toxins in wine.       I know. I hate that I love wine so much. I have definitely cut way back and only drink wine from Europe.
