      in positively skewed distribution the tail on the right side which has higher values is longer than the left side so the mean > median > mode
      meanwhile in negatively skewed distribution the tail on the left side which has higher values is longer than the right side so the

    Can you explain more about how mean, median and mode got calculated

    • @akbarmohammad5081
      @akbarmohammad5081 Год назад

      Mean is nothing but a avg value and it’s a numerical continues value.
      Median is a middle value of the data (after sorted the data). It’s happen both numerical continues and discrete value.
      Mode is nothing but mostly frequently value it’s happen on categorical data.

    Just by looking at the graphs, I am not able to get why mean > median > mode and so on ?? Can someone explain ??

    • @Pubba_
      @Pubba_ Год назад

      As mean is average of our data it always stays at the midpoint of data. Mode is always at the peak point to the curve. Median is somewhere between mean and mode.
      So, median and mode changes according to skewness.
      Correct me if I’m wrong…

    • @kiranbhosale2982

      Distribution of age of deaths is left-skewed that is most of data lies in left side. Most people live to be between 70 and 80 years old, with fewer and fewer living less than this age.
