Video quality is great, for the volume you could use a compresor or a limiter in post production. There is some level checking tool as well you can buy online.

Coach! I’ve fully read your book and I’m stumped on the part about arguing. I’ve given up arguing, I let her tell me how and why she’s feeling angry, I repeat back to my gf what I’ve done to hurt her, then I even apologize, and she tells me “I accept your apology but it doesn’t change anything.” Then she’s in a mood and I try talking/joking with her and she just gives me a bad attitude and one word answers. What do I do?!

To fix the issue, you can normalize the audio, And boost the frequency a couple of Db around the 5 - 10 kHz frequency range. Hi I have a problem guys.. I went no contact on a girl that blew me off, what I mean is she cancelled dates, took time to respond me. From being very hot she went very cold. After she would message me, I'd wait around 10+ minutes to return a message (most of the time I was generally busy) after started to enjoy the conversation more, I asked if she'd like a drink. She said could do, and continued chatting to me. I asked her when she was available to get together, and what would work for her. She said she works 12 hour shifts and was busy most of the time. Eventually after some time, she got back to me and we had a date for the Saturday, but I had surgery in the Friday and I told her I don't think it would be a good idea for that weekend. I'd be willing to see how I am. She said it was fine, and then said she was working that weekend (which was probably a lie since she was free) eventually she said she had issues with her messenger and asked me to resend my previous message and she was sorry she was so busy with work. The conversations precious were fun filled. I told her I think we should meet up and I think we have a lot in common, and I'd enjoy exploring that. I then asked for her number. She sent it to me shortly after, and then I texted her a simple message "hey it's me, just shooting you a text so you have my number" I asked we immediately after what works for her. She ignored the message (according to facebook) and didn't reply in over a week. I waited some time and sent her one more Message asking did your messager mess up again? She didn't reply. Fast forward 9 days of nothing, she blocked me. Is this common? To give a number then to ignore all further coraspondance?

Simphiwe Sithebe don't get into cherry-picking information because that will backfire. Just go out and have fun and don't rush the process! As you come across the information coach gives you you'll see what you were doing wrong. Just be confident in yourself and as you understand the principles of his teachings you'll have a better understanding of how to approach situations. You will meet rejection, don't let that get to you, not everyone is going to like you no matter what you do. You're awesome and keep telling yourself that! Keep chugging along and it'll all start to make sense and flow naturally. So yes, still go out and talk to girls while learning coaches teachings, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain from every experience.

hand gestures are great in person, but look terrible on camera and are distracting. I had to train myself to not use my hands when doing videos

I have small problem now, my good friend wants to date my ex of two years and i don't know how i should feel about that. I want her to be happy and i moved on, but it doesn't have to be with my friend because we share lot of common friends and it would be probably awkward. How would you handle that situation ?

I was really good friend's with this guy when I was younger. He bad this cute girl. They broke up. I asked him if he would mind if I asked her out. He had no problem with it. Wow what a guy. We didn't end up working out but later me and an ex of mine broke up I had the exact same thing happen. A friend called me and said if I would mind if he asked my ex out. He said he wouldn't do it if I didn't want him to. Funny how life brings similar situations. I did mind.

Practice as you read and always analyze old situations you were in and why they failed with the girl. Im on my second time reading it
I think you should take key points and jot it down in a little paper on battle. It's easier than having to skim the book.
Utilize the skills and knowledge to gain some perspective on the right way to apply the material but don't be like a robot doing it, let it flow naturally. Like coach says,"repetition is the mother of skill"! Failure will be part of the process of course, but the knowledge gained from it is the most valuable.
Brian Barby I am applying what I've learnt from Corey, the book and videos. Now, in the book, I haven't reached the part where "me and the person are dating", you reckon I jump to those sections or date regardless if I've read the sections on the book or not??
Simphiwe Sithebe don't get into cherry-picking information because that will backfire. Just go out and have fun and don't rush the process! As you come across the information coach gives you you'll see what you were doing wrong. Just be confident in yourself and as you understand the principles of his teachings you'll have a better understanding of how to approach situations. You will meet rejection, don't let that get to you, not everyone is going to like you no matter what you do. You're awesome and keep telling yourself that! Keep chugging along and it'll all start to make sense and flow naturally. So yes, still go out and talk to girls while learning coaches teachings, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain from every experience.
