There's a nuance about Creed's Silver Mountain Water that none of the clones have been able to capture.
The inky and the slight fizzy, sour choke of the SMW is undupeable.
There’s no doubt that creeds quality provides some nuances that Middle Eastern clones can’t quite capture (true of many high end houses). However, sillage is such a knockout performer and still a great clone IMO

Got yourself a new subscriber. Been rebuilding my collection for about a year and a half now. Only have about 30 bottles but they are pretty respectable. Just acquired Kamara. Don't know how close it is to Angel Share but this smells UNBELIEVABLE.
Also have Amber Oud Ruby Edition, I too agree that this is the most accurate/high quality clone of BR 540 Extrait.
Choco Musk is phenomenal for the price. It's even cheaper at 4.99 at Triple Traders.

True about maceration. I spray them and forget about for two months. They are another beast. I thought it was placebo and I was so mistaken.
It's not placebo, I have had a few frags greatly improve by letting them maturate, but not all do, sadly sometimes a dud is a dud, lol.

Gentle Elsatys by Reyane Tradition (yes, the same company that made the Insurrection II line) is a really enjoyable clone of Sauvage. A lot more pepper, but imo is a bit more enjoyable. I think I got it for around $22 on Amazon

Have you considered Animale Animale that is Muegler A - Man clone? I don't have it but have discovered reviewers saying it is very closely inspired. Performance is supposedly very good, also.

I have Divin Asylum/ Elysium clone. I like it a lot. I would prefer it over the Parfums Vintage. I don’t like Vetiver very much.

Kayaan Classic for sure. It’s more versatile, more masculine, and I actually prefer it. Gary’s den is great too but DHP has some differences from DHI that make it less wearable to me

A great Armani Code Profumo clone for under $20 is Sapil Bound . After the opening is 90 % similar and an absolute steal !

I've smelled Pegasus and have Craze. Craze is good. It's loud yeah. It's like a "Pegasus Intense". Pegasus was too weak for my tastes. I'd like to try Royal Stallion, I heard it's a good clone of Pegasus too.
I'm still on the fence for Gary's Den. There is, also, Camaro Intense that's supposed to be very good. But I haven't been able to find it. I'm looking at acquiring the actual DHP in the near future.
The fragrance profile is right on, I’m just hoping the performance improves significantly. And I believe it will… I thought Camaro homme was a clone of DHI however.

@@sillagescents Hopefully, maceration makes it better. You might be right about Camaro. Not many DHP clones out there if at all. I just saw a video on DHI twist that is from Armaf. La Futura? Not obtainable right now otherwise I would consider getting it.
@@TranceLove25 Hmmm.... I only have one fragrance that has oud and it is a Zara. I can't really tell if it has oud in it at all. I have heard oud is a divisive note. I may consider getting Gary's Den only as a cheapie for formal occasions. DHP and DHI is not accessible to me right now. Thanks for the feedback.

Why would a male want to smell like a makeup bag I don’t get it
There is an Iris note that is often compared to a makeup bag, obviously the fragrance has other notes to make it more masculine, I think the reason it's compared to a makeup bag, is to differentiate the Iris note from that type that smells like baby powder.
I don’t know, man, it’s an acquired taste for sure, but once you get it, you can’t get away from it! 😆
Of course, it doesn’t actually smell like a make up bag… But certain kinds of iris, have a waxy feel that does make you think of the smell of lipstick
Hi Justin. You like Nasheet? You need to get FA Paris Spectre Ghost. It's Nasheet but BEASTLY and much longer lasting. I sold my bottle of Ani as Ghost is longer lasting and has a better atomizer & bottle.
