Yeah you can fill DS 160 application and slots for your Dependents and you all together can even go for Stamping together. But if you already have got your slots booked, then you can appear for your Interview on March, but it doesn't stop you to Fill DS 160 and booking slots for your dependents.

Once you clear your H1B Visa Interview, You will be can plan your Travel to US. Generally Petition starts from October, so earliest you can come 1 week before October, if your Petition is approved and interview is cleared.

Well, you don't need a lot of cash here, I would suggest to get a Forex Card and you can get it PrePaid, with like USD 4000-5000 if you have to take care of Paying rent or some heavy payment in initial days. In terms of Cash, I would suggest to carry just around USD 500 or maybe you can take around 700-800, but mostly keeping money in Prepaid card will be more helpful.
No, you cant apply individually. You need to find a job from US Based employer. There are some consultants as well, who do the same thing by charging some money, but I don't have any recommendations for same.

Hi Supraja, Yes, I suspect you should get 90 days for filing because as far as I remember last time when second lottery happened in 2020, petition filing was open from 16th August to 17th November so it should remain same hopefully!

Yeah, you can update same DS 160 or file another DS 160 Form before interview. There is no expiry as such. Make sure you update your DS 160 profile acknowledgement number in CGI Portal. Yes, you will get I-797 Document back, they will only take your Passport to stamp US Visa.

You don't have much options as Lottery registration Date won't be delayed. Ask your employer, if they can apply, they should be best person to answer this.
If you get get Paid / Pay cheque for 60 days, you actually looses H1B Status. Before leaving a company, you need to make sure, your employer transfer H1B Visa, and then you should shift. Don't shift without getting visa transferred.
Congratulations on getting selected in lottery. I believe 95% chances are there you will get your Visa once you are done with H1B Documentation and Interview Process. If there are any issues in regards to documentation or Interview, then there is a chance you may get RFP, where Visa Officer may ask for more evidence . But in everything looks good on Paper and interview goes well, Then don't worry.

Generally Application filing for H1B is done in March 1st week. And then it goes for Lottery. Result of Lottery comes around 1st week of April.

There is a file number associated with petition which you can go and check on USCIS website
If they have not revoked the applied petition which was approved, it can be used to transfer H1B to any new company and travel through them
