So sorry for your loss....
Im Trippin. So sorry. I hope ABBA songs help you as they are so timeless and ageless.

It's hard not to want to cry tears of joy when you hear it because it's one of the ultimate examples of gratitude, and humility put to music.
Exactly! It's so pure 🥺💖
Well said.
I agree as well. 👍
This song is my guilty pleasure
I totally agree with you!
ABBA kinda made a sequel to this song. It's called I Let the Music Speak. It's in opera style so it's a bit more mature and the lead is Frida. They really did love music.
I'm 17, I recently discovered ABBA around a year ago and I can say, truly, this song is one of the most beautiful songs that I've heard and this band will forever be, my favourite artist
You're young and there is much valuable music from past decades, that you can discover.
@@MusicJayPe oh im sure there is. but nothing sounds as unique and beautifully composed as ABBA songs... specifically this one.
You have good taste, ABBA is one of the best bands ever. Absolutely the band with the most hit songs songs that have this timeless songwriting and production so many decades later. Unique.
I'm a metalhead but i also listen to a lot of ABBA and Roxette. Quality music written by masters of the trade.

I remember my girlfriend and I were driving, and she played this song, and as the chorus played I just started sobbing. I just got this overwhelming emotion of euphoria, and the realization that we take things like music for granted, it’s such a crucial part of lives, it’s what’s brings people together, and creates so many memories. This beautiful song just got that realization right out of me, in the best way.

Wow. What a great song, Agnetha deserves credit for this one. All her performances of this song are just magnificient. I mean: how easily could this sound cheesy? She makes it sound pure and honest.
Every part on this sounds masterful from bass line up wow

They hit cheesy head on. Lyricist Björn said in a recent interview in Sweden that he didn't have any lyrics the night before A was scheduled to sing it. The idea came to him in the night and he showed her the lyrics at the breakfast table - and she really liked them.

Thank You For The Music by ABBA
LYRICS
I'm nothing special, in fact I'm a bit of a bore
If I tell a joke, you've probably heard it before
But I have a talent, a wonderful thing
'Cause everyone listens when I start to sing
I'm so grateful and proud
All I want is to sing it out loud
So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it? I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance, what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me
Mother says I was a dancer before I could walk
She says I began to sing long before I could talk
And I've often wondered, how did it all start?
Who found out that nothing can capture a heart
Like a melody can?
Well, whoever it was, I'm a fan
So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it? I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me
I've been so lucky, I am the girl with golden hair
I wanna sing it out to everybody
What a joy, what a life, what a chance
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it, I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me
So I say
Thank you for the music, for giving it to me
