Hm.. 🤔 Agnetha was pregnant here in 1977(full of fire of life and enthusiasm) and it is no wonder that her face, her eyes, her smile shine so magnificently here! - a little white lamb with blue, large, sparkling eyes and an innocent, angelic smile.. God, how can I describe those eyes of hers - of an intelligent, deeply thoughtful gaze(a wistful and mystically) that speaks louder than words, but keep silent about much more .. A misunderstood artistic soul, "the girl with golden hair" and a divine voice - she touched the hearts of all of us - with her looks, her priceless talent, her overall kind demeanor and her extraordinary kindness and humanity😟💋 God bless you Abba!
The music of ABBA is forever, there ist something in it which gets in connection with our deepest soul, mind, or what else is there, there isn't any other music with such positive empowerment. Unbeleavable!

I remember my girlfriend and I were driving, and she played this song, and as the chorus played I just started sobbing. I just got this overwhelming emotion of euphoria, and the realization that we take things like music for granted, it’s such a crucial part of lives, it’s what’s brings people together, and creates so many memories. This beautiful song just got that realization right out of me, in the best way.

Abba is a group of a planetary scale. There was no one else and never will be. What can I compare the sip of fresh air, sunlight, spring? We wish them health and long-life life. We remember you and love you. ABBA... greatest gift to humanity.
Now that ABBA has returned, we all have a chance to thank them for the music. The world should stop everything for a moment and sing this in gratitude to ABBA
Please note that ABBA disbanded in 1982. Since then, they never returned to the stage. There was only one take that used ABBA as a kind of AVATARS, called the "ABBAtars." 🙂
I genuinely get chills when I hear this song, it’s such a beautifully composed piece. I envy being able to hear this on the radio at the height of ABBA’s fame, yet I’m thankful I can listen to it over and over without owning a vinyl. A beautiful song
I was 6 years old when I heard the song the first time. I am from Germany, so I didn’t understand anything. But I fell in love with this song when the chorus at 0:48 came on. Now I am 14 years old and every time I’m listening to this song, I’m having flashbacks to that moment, sitting in the car with my dad, being completely happy.
This song makes me cry... I guess it triggers memories of those golden years when ABBA ruled and I was young and I had not yet understood that the only thing that truly matters is passionately love those whom you love and care for.... Time flies... Today, like Agnetha here, I feel gratitude. Thanks to ABBA for these gifted songs they gave us, enlightening our nights and lives.
Absolutely true, am reminded too of those days when i was a kid, i used to listen to ABBA songs though not sure what were the lyrics but i was fascinated by their golden voices!

This song is a love letter to music. They're grateful that they get to bring so much joy to other people with their music, and we're grateful for them and all the wonderful artists that blesses us with beautiful music. I'm a metalhead but i also listen to a lot of ABBA and Roxette. Quality music written by masters of the trade.

I love this song. Agnatha is so pretty and what a singing voice. No falsetto. Just pure clear voice.

That little girl with the blond hair is now the lead singer with ABBA tribute band.

Thank You For The Music by ABBA
LYRICS
I'm nothing special, in fact I'm a bit of a bore
If I tell a joke, you've probably heard it before
But I have a talent, a wonderful thing
'Cause everyone listens when I start to sing
I'm so grateful and proud
All I want is to sing it out loud
So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it? I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance, what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me
Mother says I was a dancer before I could walk
She says I began to sing long before I could talk
And I've often wondered, how did it all start?
Who found out that nothing can capture a heart
Like a melody can?
Well, whoever it was, I'm a fan
So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it? I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me
I've been so lucky, I am the girl with golden hair
I wanna sing it out to everybody
What a joy, what a life, what a chance
Thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing
Thanks for all the joy they're bringing
Who can live without it, I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance what are we?
So I say thank you for the music

Thank you for the music ABBA! You have made the greatest contribution to music. Thank you
I remember my girlfriend and I were driving, and she played this song, and as the chorus played I just started sobbing.

This song is probably my favorite ABBA song of all time. Very sentimental and grateful. Not many songs like this anymore...
