My guess is something like half a million dollars. Warpath cost me $70k and I'm barely 200 million strong and I've been playing it for two years. He's 800 million strong....$$$$$

if i spent that amount i would be 400+M power.
i put only on season pass and sometimes officers statue and my base 200m with 4 modern units 2 of them 9+, and as you see he has 3 x 5 star units 😳
