Awesome catch of the official gov't plane for Cambodia, an Airbus A320 purchased late 2012 . Looks like the Prime Minister and his entourage for official visit. I love the livery, the Khmer flag is very nice on the tail. Love Cambodia too. Did you spot a registration number on the plane? BIG LIKE for the plane, hehe not the passengers.
west-island kev I could not be verified at the time the registration number of this airplane. Call sign was "Cambodia01". It had been displayed at that time on the flightradar24.com "B-6738". Thanks for watching.
I've just returned from my first holiday to Cambodia. My question is why does the government of the poorest country in SE Asia require a private jet the size of an Airbus A320? In fact, why does it require a private jet at all? Considering the poverty most of the people suffer, I question the wisdom of a government that squanders such money when the nation as a whole desperately requires every dollar, albeit the greenback, to simply maintain even the barest essentials. That the people are so tolerant of such grasping greed when their needs are so much greater only serves to confirm the avarice of such governments.
+Wayne Knight the government run the country like his family business. the populations are the slave of his family firm. look at it this way. a government official with official income of $5000 a year, drives a $100,000 Lexus. guess where he got his money from.
+calvin lim Profoundly sad, considering how delightful the people are. Perhaps it's their Buddhist belief that gets them through but I guess local and national government leaders are Buddhists too. It all seems such a contradiction. I have an erstwhile friend, a former local government representative, who had the gravy train timetable welded to her chest. Whilst not actually light-fingering the public till she was ceaselessly aware of every single thing she did not have to pay for. Free travel, free accommodation, free food, free beverages, free parking, free subscriptions, free seats, free entrances. It just never seemed to end. And she was at the bottom of the political ladder!
+Wayne Knight I never known that Cambodia government have such a big private jet like that. This government is super corrupted government. He just want his whole family to live in the heaven. But he never care about his people. There are almost one million beggar in Cambodia. I am sure this country live with the same Prime minister for more than 30 years. and they call it democracy. Democracy in only the name in fact it was not. If you have power you are a king. King that can kill someone without any punishments. Please get out of your seat fucking Prime minister. Let's your people be happy and living in wisdom again.
+Wayne Knight Why? there are no answers to your question. All I can say is that the Cambodians leaders( from dinosaur's era, so old) are among the ruthless, heartless and corrupt people on this planet. They have no vision how to develop the country for the well-beings of the people. They have been in power for than 30 years and have amassed billions of dollars for themselves and their families. They kill any dissidents , ordinary people who dare to speak out against them. They evict people from their land . They deforest the whole country and so on. Their insatiable greed is destroying Cambodia. The country is being governed by them as it is their personal possession. The sad part is that the international community is silent on these issues and turn a blind eye to it.
+Wayne Knight It has nothing to do with Buddhism at all. It is the human nature of greed, power and money to dominate others throughout centuries. Buddhism actually is the most peaceful philosophy and way of life on earth if one chooses to believe in Buddha 's real teachings as per" do not hurt and do not kill all sentient beings". The Khmer leaders as you mentioned that they are Buddhists, true only on the surface. But in reality, they don't follow Buddha's teachings at all. They're actually practicing the opposite of what Buddhism is all about. They don't hesitate to hurt and kill their own people in the name of money and power. This is the reason why it is such a contradiction for outsiders visiting Cambodia.

Thanks for watching. It was this airport's greatest VIP.
尾翼にあるカンボジアの国旗マークって確か中央にアンコールワットが描かれてるんですよね!! クーデターがあったり...と、それぞれの政権や時代ごとに国旗のデザインがどんどん変更されるところが興味深いです
FindYourJP
尾翼のマークはアンコールワットらしいですね。居合わせた飛行機好きの皆さんの話で私も知りました。国旗がそんなに変わってるんですか。国際情勢に疎いのがばれますね(笑)
Thanks for watching as always. :P

KazukuniChannel
