My C5 is a daily driver so comfortable with a little more power is fine for me. As for the sound my stock car back is fine because I have long tube headers and no cats. The upgrade brakes with the extra power is great.

I woukd highly advise against coilovers on a C5. The mounting points for the shocks simply arent designed to take that sort of abuse. One bad bump and you could permanently ruin your frame. Also, the nice thing about the leaf springs from factory is that they act as sort of a sway bar. The best thing you can do suspension wise is some nice shocks.

This is what I bought for mine. Definitely read through the documentation to make sure it will work with your aftermarket radio, but I believe its universal to any brand.
For my c5, headers, tune, exhaust, tune and seats.

Agree with the list. My c5 is built and pushing around 450whp NA. I can’t wait to get some A4 corbeou seats and a dnd leather steering wheel. Coils and sways as well just not sure which ones yet

What kind of harness bar do you have? I never expected them to cost so much. I have seen some universal ones on ebay/amazon for much cheaper but not sure if they would fit nice even though they are the length you need.
Hey, it’s actually one I designed. But I was fortunate enough to have access to a machine shop and a powder coater. But if I had to buy one, I’d definitely go for the Brey Krause bar. It know it’s a bit pricey, but personally, I would skimp on safety components! Especially for harnesses. I really like the Schroth harnesses.

For sure! I added them to the description section on the video. The yellow corner lights are actually just some clear aftermarket lights with VVIVID headlight tint film over them. It was very easy to do and turned out really well I think!
Im curious about the shifter, I put an MGW in mine but I would like an extension, how yours is set up for more leverage is what im looking for.
I think the taller MGW shift knob makes a big difference!
Well folks, I have tried them all in the 24 years I have owned my 00 Vert. The very best is the GM Z06 oem shifter from back in the day……
Do you get the air bag light with the aftermarket steering wheel ?
Yes, but you can buy/make resistors to plug into the airbag harness to trick it into thinking the airbag is still there.
@@charliemanger Gotcha I had an NRG after market steering wheel too , I sold it because the air bag light hey I’m on IG more then here I have pics of my Custom C5 & attend a lot car shows follow me there & I will give you a follow back have a good night 💯🇺🇸😆✌️

No, those come off.
Apex ec7 is square setup? Do you have tcs issues running square setup?
You should do control arm bushings too.

what front lip is on your c5?
It’s an ACI splitter. I’m not sure if they sell them anymore, but I think you can find a listing for it on CorvetteMods.com if you search for “ACI front spoiler”.
Quit photographing your hands! It messes up the focus! During the 1st two items.
