1. politics is a major difference between the two games, there are consequences u have to manage for many decisions that u make (mainly laws, researches and buildings) 2. trading between colonies is the main fun in this game imo, managing trade between your colonies like an economics game 3. endless (utopia) mode is the main gamemode of this game until the free content drops (and 3 dlcs across 2 years) 4. the game feels more randomness-oriented than fp1 can ever hope to be, events arent always guaranteed and map generation arent always the same

Ablosched Management related event, Salvaging Factory event, and Automated workforce event With options 3. Changes in the cornstone of each Zeitgeists such as the shape of the city and the council Tradition and reason will change the council to have their insignias in the center. Merit and equality wiill change housing districts, equality making them dense buildings wise, and all housing blocks looking exactly the same and facing the generator, while merit will make most houses look shoddy and small, wood-like, with a few tall casinos sprinkled in. Progress and adaptation get the most substantial change, with Progress, every district gets a rail hub on it, and all buildings in extraction and industrial districts are replaced with automated counterparts, you also see mainly automatons walking around instead of people. Adaptstion will make all industrial and extraction buildings look more gritty, with gears everywhere, more sturdy looking, as well as installing a bunch of windshields all around the city Thanks ❤❤❤
