To save the labels on your brushes, like the numbers, paint a coat of nail polish top coat over the label. It really helps save the label when you continuously wash your brushes.

Hey just wanted to let you know that the Morphe M433 is a goat hair brush and the Sigma one you spoke about with the M433 looks like it may be made from goat as well.
Lindsay Maskal just because I don't know, I know when you're vegan you don't use animal products but say if your not is there any issue with using those brushes? Animals don't get hurt do they?
I do not believe they get hurt since they are only using their hair, which is not hard to obtain. I actually looked some things up and I saw an article regarding Sigma brushes and they said they had some natural hair brushes, but made sure animals weren't hurt in the process. That article was from 2013 so they may not use animal hair now, but on Morphe's website, it will straight up 'goat hair'. Usually the white brushes are animal hair and the black are synthetic...at least for Morphe brushes!
Lindsay Maskal oh no I can tell the difference between synthetic and natural but I've only recently started to go cruelty free the past few months, but also a broke college student here so it's been a slow process! I'll buy synthetic from now on but it's just not feasible for me to throw out all my natural brushes and change to synthetic tomorrow! But I'll research it a bit more

Are you also cruelty free with your makeup brushes? Sigma says they don't test on animals but some brushes are made from animal hair. I wouldn't consider that cruelty free but I'd like to know your opinion?
