    Hey Erik! Are there other measures for structure similarity which also take local "groupings" into consideration? I would like to find a measure which quantifies the impact of replacing a certain AA has on the protein structure. So I was thinking that this number would reflect whether just some slight displacement or drastic confirmational changes happen.
