- In this video, we will hit a leg workout that you can do in the garage, living or where ever is convenient for you! *Kettle bells, box or bench and squat rack needed*
Whether your goal is to lose weight or build muscle, you just need to start somewhere and for many of us.... why not at home? This is a great start and a good workout to throw into your daily or weekly routine.
This workout will leave your legs pumped and for those of you that have built your gyms... lets put it to work!.

Kettle Bell swings
Kettle Bell squats
Kettle Bell lunges
Kettle Bell front squats
Jumping Jacks
Kettle Bell Alt lunges

Yes absolutely if you have the right pace and tempo... Normally I got a lot heavier but im still recovering from injuries so this has been working so far.
