Where are you getting your information on this? I had bottom surgery way back in 2016 and never had a single complication or infection. And the majority of the people I know who have had bottom surgery have never had an issue. Sure, like any surgery it has risks but you are massively over exaggerating the risk of infection. A more common infection in trans women post bottom surgery is UTIs and that is merely due to a shorter urethra which is the same reason cis women are more prone to UTIs. But saying that, I’ve never had a UTI either. Only complication I had after bottom surgery was post-surgery depression and that was resolved with counselling. And just to say, the depression wasn’t directly related to the surgery. I just put a lot of mental issues on the back burner while I dealt with my gender dysphoria and after having surgery my brain was like, “Well now that is out of the way, enjoy 23 years of unresolved issues.”

Test blockers have never ever been studied long term not ever....again no one talks about this stuff in the main stream. Ever. And it's a conversation at least that needs to be had. Being able to see one doctor and get prescribed huge doses isn't right. Most of these new clinics doing this stuff have no clue and are just in it for the money if you can't see that then I dunno what else to say. 400-600mgs a week is around 400 bucks a month just for the test.....and that's not including the side effect control drugs which can be hundreds for one pack/months worth. Greed isn't an excuse for malpractice.

Estrogen in a male body is not good. It causes cancers in the prostate, it can cause major depression and anxiety if you are disposed to it.
It makes you super emotional as well like unhinged. That's why you see all these people pumping hrt and acting crazy.....
Same goes for trt in a female body. It can cause uterus cancers, cervix cancers etc.
This is what the main stream don't talk about. It's crazy that this information isn't released or if it is it's burried.
If your estrogen is too high in a male body it can cause awful side effects. That are not discussed or talked about what so ever.

also the rates of those cancers decreases, it's the other way around. it decreases the chances of the cancers of where you started out, and slightly increases where you go. so a transfeminine person would see less testicular cancer but slightly higher breast cancer. although these chances are still lower compared to cis women, because you'd start later.

There is a reason when you take trt as a man they need to control your estrogen as it goes up along side your test levels. Too high and the risks get crazy. Same.goes for females and testosterone. Too high and it's very bad.

...You're actually wrong about that. Estrogen does increase the risk of most cancers, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, uterine cancer, and cervical cancer. For this reason testosterone is at times prescribed to cis female cancer patients to slow the growth.
What testosterone can do is increase your risk of liver disease and high blood pressure. And again, this is true regardless of chromies or reproductive organs.

I've been on trt for a decade dude....I know the risks factors and what to look for. I've studied this shit way before it was popular to do it. The amounts you are talking about are small and targeted approaches to some cancers but jacking your tests up as a female can have some horrible side effects just like men....it's a balance and unless you are closely monitoring it and managing those side effects it can ruin your life and body. What you are talking about is testosterone cancer treatment which is totally different to what I am saying. Small amounts delivered in controlled environment. Monitored by doctors and hormone specialists.
Transing amounts are huge almost a body builder level to change the way you look and voice etc.....not enough testing has been done to make sure it's safe it has just been pushed as being safe.
Same with hormone blockers in preteens and early teens, that shite is nuts and I can't believe people accept it as a right when it is going to cause more harm then good.

I've had estrogen spikes myself due to a mess up with my trt and it was awful, how people can live that way baffles me. It makes males highly irritable, emotional, it alters your brain state and don't get me started on the rate of s*icides and that rabbit hole.

All you have to do is look up the high high early death rates of female body builders in the 90s and early 2000s for proof of this. Mostly from side effects of too much test in their body. Look at the amount of male body builders dropping off from going crazy with their protocol for too long.
Males injecting huge amounts of estrogen to change their characteristics is also a problem, it causes bone density drop tona huge degree, it lowers immunity function, mental health suffers doesn't improve, the risks of cancers is increased by a huge degree.
None of this is talked about what so ever....like at all. It's just pushed to the side and anyone who brings it up is a phobe or a biggot. Again I'll say it I don't care what you do....we are all adults here but I don't agree with solid science being rejected as hate. Being on trt and a low dose for my condition I have I need constant supervision, constant blood tests to make sure my markers are all normal or within normal range. And that's on a low dose below 200mg a week. A dose to change your characteristics is 400-800mgs a week. Which is a huge dose. Body builder dose basically which comes with huge risks as a male let alone a female. Goes the same for males taking huge amounts of estrogen....not to mention estrogen in a male body that high can really mess you up too without proper side effect control and that's even more harmful drugs that shuts down systems the body needs. Test blockers have never ever been studied long term not ever....again no one talks about this stuff in the main stream. Ever. And it's a conversation at least that needs to be had. Being able to see one doctor and get prescribed huge doses isn't right. Most of these new clinics doing this stuff have no clue and are just in it for the money if you can't see that then I dunno what else to say. 400-600mgs a week is around 400 bucks a month just for the test.....and that's not including the side effect control drugs which can be hundreds for one pack/months worth. Greed isn't an excuse for malpractice.

I've been on test for a decade and the talking points you bring up are easily debunked. You are not wrong but we are talking about 2 very different protocols. Cancer treatment trt is low low dose not 600mgs a week.
