They were my mother's favorite also & she would have loved this video had she not passed at height of the COVID event.

Love the 129 boy, his outfit is so darling. I always like boy dolls or gentlemen in case of the French fashion doll but they are scarce, you did very good with that purchase. Looking forward to more videos.

Such s wonderful introduction to your new series, thank you!
As a lover and collector of boy dolls since the age of three, thank you also for rescuing your sweet little lad from a potential gender change. It seems a pity, if not vandalism, that so often collectors do turn boys to girls, under valuing both the doll and the wishes of either the maker's or original owners intent. We tend to forget that their first owners were children and they would have given their dolls an identity that I feel we should honour.

@@MichaelCanadas I followed you on Facebook. And went to your museum's home page from there. But I couldn't find your wonderful shop. Is there another link? I have been watching your videos since lockdowns started. I didn't even like dolls before. But now I'm hooked. I would love to purchase something to add to my collection. I'm new to dolls. Perhaps you could suggest something? I'm so thrilled that you responded to my comment. You seem so nice and kind.

Our shop websites can be found at www.carmeldollshop.com for our antique doll offerings, and www.carmeldollshopboutique.com for doll couture kits, patterns, fabrics and sewing supplies. We are so glad that you have been enjoying the videos, it's our great pleasure to introduce people to dolls, their history, and their artistry. Thank you so much for watching!
