Buon giorno io ultraformer 3 l ho fatto 3 anni fà 4 volte a distanza di 2 mesi ...poi ne ho fatti 1 l anno .....da oggi la dott.ssa mi fà fare un ciclo di 3 volte....ogni 2 mesi nel doppio mento con 400 colpi ogni seduta da 6 4,5 3 ....dopo ogni seduta a distanza di 10 giirni faccio le punturine
