I am from Wisconsin and fire drills were required once a month. A grade school I used to attend had a fire drill yesterday (Thursday). I heard on the scanner that the dispatcher had to dispatch the fire dept. to the school due to the activated fire alerm and the police liaison told the dispatcher that it was only a fire drill. Apparently, the alarm company must have called the department when the drill was almost over.
Illinois requires 3 fire drills per year, and most of the time schools pick to do those when we have nice weather. They must have either just decided to get the final drill out of the way now, or the fire department showed up unexpected to do a supervised drill. Also yes those truealerts are coming from past the set of white fire doors down the empty hallway, as that area was remodeled a few years back.
@@abandoned2007 I don't remember much of the alarms and it was a small school. All I remember is a Wheelock 7002t, Spectralert classic and possibly a Wheelock MT or NS.
Its the PA system relaying a tone over it to make sure everyone hears the alarm. The building has really poor alarm coverage and you cant hear the alarms in the classrooms

I live in Massachusetts and they require fire drills 4 times a year. If you watched FireAlarmDude5967's videos he lives in MA too.
