My favorite bakery. Haven't been since the first of October, about time for another drive up that way. I love their breads, their spices, the skinny noodles, the taffy (my entire family is hooked on the banana), cheeses and the bread flour. And the restaurant you mentioned - homemade ice cream and coconut cake. yummm

We been there a few times. The prices on herbs are so reasonable! I also like one of their soaps. I get poison ivy very easily and they have one specifically for cleaning up after you think you’ve been exposed. Personally, I think it works for me.

I live in Decatur (born in Huntsville) and have never heard of these cool places you visit, even though they are right up the road! I am going to go to that bakery as son as my husband gets over his spinal surgery. He could use your prayers. Question- do you think we will cook in heaven? I love to cook.
Old man body mans wife here. We have one similar except their breads,cookies & a few other things are made fresh everyday but the rest of the stuff is shipped in from Ohio. They are not customer friendly & they don’t keep their employees very long. They limit you on the amount of things you can buy at certain times of the day. Don’t understand that. I would think if you have a business you would want to talk to people especially since it’s right off the interstate & good many of their customers are from out of state even from other countries. Guess everybody’s not a people person. lol I really enjoy your material. Feel better🙏
I don’t like the Dutch oven bakery myself but it’s extremely popular out here. Not worth the hype.Everything is imported from Ohio, the bread is usually stale and even when it’s not it doesn’t taste very good, and I have only had really poor service in the deli with them making my elderly mother with a bad back wait over a half hour for her meats while they chose to make sandwiches of customers regardless of them coming in after us. No longer give them my money. I wish there was better bakeries out here honestly
