I just finished this ride on a gravel pack bike last week .From Andorra down to Girona 3 easy days . At the bottom finished up with gravel. Love dropping down to France from Andorra ,The small Spainish town of Puigcerta ,the climb out of Saint Joan de les abadesses.. The climb out of the center of Andorra was long and slow on a pack bike as the second ski town past alps ,Komoots had me on the ski slope to avoid a tunnel. Going slow seeing the small towns ,riding through little cobbles is planted favorably in my mind for life . Back to South Tyrol next year
Amazing video , well done Tristan!. You captured everything- the excitement , the beauty, the changing conditions, the struggle and the dopamine! I need to save my pennies for a trip to Girona
New subscriber here. Very high quality video. Great film work. Loved the journey. Keep the videos coming. In the mean time I will be watching your previous films. Ciao
I would likely not be able to complete that ride, or maybe at something like 12kph average and would be broken for a week. But man, those views, those climbs, those descents - I definitely like to at least try some day! Thanks for bringing this to us!
Wow ! That was exceptional ...You really exemplify "The Beauty Of Cycling" Plus it is so nice that you realize it & appreciate it to the fullest. Thanks for the beautiful ride along..>Andorra is so special. One last thing...I have told you how much I like both your Legor's But Man-O-Man Diederik's Belle WOW !!! I remember seeing it on Service Course IG ...Awesome! Thanks again for another great video!!
Great video Tristan. I made that Barcelona-Andorra commute last year vía Ponts, La Seu de Urgell, etc, alone... It was something I´ll never forget, it made me appreciate a lot being alone in that vast landscape. Such beautifuls views. The next day I made Andorra-Calaf and took the train... awesome experience... Epic Ride!... Keep it up!
Three countries in one day? No cops? I still can't even leave the local province without being stopped for an ID check 🤪...and how's that scenery and those roads !
@@tristantakevideo cheers Tristan .. would you recommend any other spots as well - I’m going to ride a lot of Italy after may as well .. ( 3/4 months) Matt

11 degrees, rain and wind sounds like a classic Belgian summer day to me...
You would’ve been right at home 🇧🇪
@@tristantakevideo was there more than 10 meters of climbing though? 🤔
What’s it cost to rent in Girona - would you say it’s the best place to base yourself?
Matt
It depends what you rent and where - usually places range between €800-1600 for a nice 3 bedroom apartment in the center of town.
