Radian will fit the Noveske slide. I've seen folks running gen 3 afterburner/ramjet combos on Zev Oz9 frames. Not sure if a gen 5 radian will fit the slide, but your 19x should run a gen 3, 4, or 5 radian so long as it fits the slide you have.
