Thank you for Watching! Tune in next week for more videos :) - Хобби
I’ve made traditional Japanese sawhorses by hand with no nails, screws or glue, and Krenov style mortise and tenon sawhorses, but your design is too cool, I have to make some sets immediately. And paint them fun colors.
Watch out your fingers, man! OMG! Your chanel is brand new and very nice. I hope to watch more videos.
His fingers - yeah he gets really close where others use a plastic thing to do that.
Man that bare handed table saw operation got my clinching .... Be careful bro... those hands and fingers are precious... don't waste them for time savings.
I found your channel a few weeks back and have to make you a huge compliment! the joy and motivation you spread is incredible and those saw horses will hang in my workshop soon as well. Thank you for this awesome idea!
Awesome to hear that! good luck with the build, and thanks for watching the videos :)
Those saw horses beat the ones in the big box stores by miles! Nice design too!
I always see great projects on this channel from a super switched on creator. P.S. I just love the exciting energy as well, it's contagious.
Cool saw horses . Love that they are so low profile. 👍👍
I’ve been looking for a good saw horse design to replace my often broken plastic folding saw horses. This is the best design I’ve seen. Mostly due to the replaceable top cross bar!
First of all, i love the design of these, they are much sleeker than the ones i have build from pallet material. But why i'll keep watching your videos is because of your enthusiasm! Thanks for your effort!
Felix de Winter thanks for watching! ☺️
just purchased these plans and a metric measuring tape. Thank you so much. This is exactly what I needed.
Great design Alexandre! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome design! When I have a Workshop one day, will use these!
Great sawhorse design. Thank you for sharing.
he is a perfect example for all the beginners who are starting woodworking
@_ David _ agreed
So glad i saw this channel. Keep up the good work, you are amazing!
Your video quality is greatly improving. Nice work!
Love your channel Alexandre! Please keep it up! 😃
Excellent. Learnt a lot!
They turned out great! I like the solution to keep the shelf from falling down.
Thanks Bruce!
Ayy new video, I really want to start wood working making my own table, but the tool was just exspensive
so that the feet open at the right spacing
add a string, maybe under the tray (it will switch to the correct position).
Nice Table saw 👍
Nice work, great design.
Nice project, as always.
Excellent design congratulations.
This is such a cool design! When adding the final dowel to stop the shelf from falling, I thought you were going to add a track that the shelf could slide up and down on along the legs. Nevertheless, an awesome build!👍🏻
Awesome job, love the design of these! 😃👌🏻👍🏻👊🏻
Fred McIntyre thanks dude ✌️
Great Project Alex!
I wholeheartly agree with your choice of colour. Greetings from Germany
💅 greetings from Norway ✌️
Great design
Your videos always make me wish I could afford to have a shop of my own haha
Thank you for another fantastic video!
One day! Thanks for watching :)
Got to build a set of these, I love them. I like your table saw also, we don't see many of those here in the US.
if only the IKEA sawhorses knew they were being used to build their replacements o.0
Don't tell them ! :P
Oh, the betrayal.
Best diy sawhorses! And I have watched all of the RUclips sawhorse videos…..
Most of the time I love those google secret collecting data method….i search something I want and then they show me countless relevant things 🤣
Very creative idea.
Very cool! I need to make some new sawhorses.
I've actually been using those cheap foldable trestle tables with the plastic top and metal legs instead of saw horses. You only need two to support both ends of a sheet of plywood or whatever when cutting it. They can also be used as extra work-table space or whatever too, and they are pretty light and fold down to almost nothing. I've actually been thinking of designing a table-saw setup using them as extension / out-feed tables as space in my garage is limited.
your video's are always very good thks
Great project, look good and save a lots of floor space 👍👏👏
Thanks man :) jeah i'm super happy :)
Great build Alexandre!
Thanks! :)
Wow thank You so much. I am planing so lang to buy this Things for My Workshop but i am to Lazy for it cous I dont Find thats worth it. This is a genuis idea and I am so thanfull You share it❤️✌🏻🔥
Good engineering.
Amazing project
Thanks :)
Lovely simple design. I have the same Bosch Tracksaw system.
Thanks ! and jeah i love that saw!
I like your channel so much I didn't even skipped through the sponsored bit
You're the best!
Love. Accept for the color!
Brilliant
Great design. One could also drill/cut lightening holes/slots in the legs to lower the weight and give it an interesting look....
Nice very nice thanks
Great video ☺️👍
Outstanding !!!
Thanks :)
This is truly inspirational on multiple levels. Great work, as always!
Thanks Fredrik ✌️
Great project :)
Another fun one, and one I'll be attempting in the near future.
Dunno if anyone has given you a hard time for the ad, but I say about time! Love your content, glad to see you getting something for it (beyond Patreon). Keep it up and thank you for all you do!
Thanks man ✌️ I'm glad you like the videos ☺️
Liked-Subscribed-Notified. Sah-weeeeeeeeettt Table saw. I wished that they would make saws like that here in the USA
Thats really cool!
You're hitting almost 100 000 subscribers and you deserve that because you make really interesting video's and you're always enthousiaste!! ;))
Creative Electronics thanks! I really appreciate the kind words ☺️
Love your videos. please make a table saw push stick. Thanks for your great content!
Saw the post where you said you felt comfortable. But that is where most mistakes happen. want you to keep your fingers so you can keep making great videos.
Perfect projekt 👍🐒❤️🔥🔥🔥
You got it bro woohoooo.....!!!
kawaad kawwad too good design man...
Hi alexander! Great design. I bought your plans and are planning to build 4 horses this weekend! The thing I am worried about is the alignment of the hinges. It is hard to believe that you got it so accurate as shown in 11:09! A small angle error get amplified by the leg length of course. Any suggestions for aligning the hinges? Ideally, you want to start folded but you cannot mount screws of course. What about just a single screw, fold the saw horse, align and then carefully open it to drive in the remaining screws?
Satisfying 🙂💕
From PH💕🙂
MEN AWESOME THANK YOU SO MUCH
Thanks for watching :)
7:26 I like how you laughed at that. If that were me I would've gotten frustrated with them domino-ing!
That's a pretty good sawhorse.
Thanks ✌️
You hase basically recreated the now out of business Storehorse brand sawhorses.
I told myself yesterday i would have to build some sawhorses for a project i'm about to start, guess i know what design i'm going for :) Subscribing to your patreon at this very moment, you make some high quality video's but your designs really are outstanding. (also love the incorporation of 3D printing from time to time)
jelath. O thanks man ✌️ glad you like the videos ☺️
Veldig elegant design, og kul video som vanlig!
Tusen takk 😊
RUclipsr is very hard work, and you are the proof
Thank you
@@achappel anyway, your hands stay too near to sawblade, maybe you don't need some fingers? stay safe!
"I don't like the look of this wood let me paint it!"
Pink!?
Really...pink? Ahaha
I discovered your channel a couple of months ago and it's fast become one of my favorite ones, great videos both on the practical side and on the entertainment side :)
Also, you could have 3d printed a doweling jig or a pocket screw jig, there's several on thingiverse and they are even usable :)
Luis Garza that's a great idea! I'll defeneatly do that! Thanks for watching :)
Nice I need to do this.
_watches video_
I can't do *_this!_*
0:41 The fact that you're using the old ones for this feels like they're digging their own grave. Don't you hear them crying full of fear? 🥺
Hey! You should do a restauration on the big clamp. Might be a cool video (:
Thanks for vidio
What model of Dewalt nailer do you use ? Nice build !🛠💪
Awsome sawhorse-dizinge, i defently will builde some of those!
Thanks :) I'm glad you like them :)
@@achappel i am actualy building my New shop this summer, and will build it simular to yours, because i find your new workshop realy cool! :)
02:05 Did you make a perfectly perpendicular cut with the tracksaw, and if so how did you achieve that?
How did you accomplish the panning motion at e.g. 7:10? It doesn't look like the usual cropping trick, because the perspective actually changes. Do you have some rails for that?
So before buying plans what is the height off the floor when set up. Thanks.
nice video! he clearly went to the david dobrik school of awkward constant semi-laughter
Great Project and Video. But Pink? No Way 😀
Would like to download plans for the 3/4 plywood foldable saw horses. Was able to get the one for mm plywood.
Good 👍👌
Nice! How tall are they when unfolded?
Jeg måtte bli en Chappel patron nå! :))
Hi Alex. I'm making these as i speak - where in the plans does it show me what size hinges I need to purchase? thanks :)
good
Do you draft your own drawings too? What software do you use? Thank you.
Make yourself a push stick and don't risk cutting your hands off with the saw. 2:54
Always do what you feel comfortable with for yourself. A push stick would definitely have been a good option here, but I judged the distance to the blade to be safe for myself. Stay safe and always use a push stick when in doubt! thanks for watching :)
Genial 👍
Hi Alexandre. This is the best plan I have seen. I bought plans and I am going to build sawhorses soon. But I am little bit confused from dimensions on plan. Why is "bottom brace" 400 x 90 mm and "hinged bottom brace" 402 x 90 mm? It makes one frame of sawhorse 2 mm wider then other. I can't figure out the reason. Thank for explainnig.
Did wonder the same… I chose both to be 400
please do a video on chisel sharpening, a simple method please as this would be very helpful to new woodworkers, including hand planes.
Rob Cosman is an expert on sharpening. He taught me in person but his video's explain it very well! Razor sharp in less than 1 minute once you sharpen them the first time.
Very nice saw horses. I will probably build myself a set. The sacrificial top piece is a nice feature. However, it's good practice to not cut your saw horses when working on them. Normally one would place (2) 2"x4"x8' boards between 2 horses with 4-6 pieces of 2"x4"x4' across them to both properly support your plywood and prevent cutting your horses.
Can u repost plans to this for 3/4 inch plywood, regards Mick
Hi Alex 😊 What program are you using to make your drawings? 😊
I am wondering, how these turned out in practice? I have bought plans and plan to build them in future, but when I have watched lot of your recent videos, these foldable horses won't ever show up in those - they are always those ikea ones that are being used when sawhorses are being needed. I would like to have foldable horses when i break plywood at home center to fit my car, so they don't really need to extremely sturdy for my purposes.
8:50 Nice side quest
Very nice :D Now make some boxes :D
haha, thanks! and Yes boss!
