Greetings, Sensei. Would be, so kind as to share the difference, between tobikomi and fumikomi?

    I've started kendo 6 months ago, I'm 23 btw.
I realized I'm having a hard time with Fumikomi! I focused a lot on swining the shinai, tenouchi, kiai, zanshin....I feel like I really need to learn Fumikomi :( Its so hard!!!! I feel like I'm not progressing 😢

    Hey!
Im very sorry to bother you with this but whenever I start to practice I get scared to scream the words or I overthink too much and I get a lot of anxiety and mixed emotions after practice.. is there anything I could do to ease into it all or tips I could practice ? It would mean a lot to me if you could reply! Thankyou so much for your time :) have a wonderful day

Thank you for your question, Idontwanttobeapartofyour Dramaclub!😀
First off, do you go to a dojo? And do you know why you feel scared to scream?
It is fear or embarrassment from a scream? Usually, people are not used to screaming so they are either embarrassed or just not used to it.
Many people probably experienced as you are. So you can talk to your sensei about it. If it is because you experienced something before you started kendo, then you probably should see a specialist.
