RepublicBricks is still shady. I’m missing a mystery box order from November 4th that he claims was delivered, but was never even shipped. I’m sure it’ll be some crappy minifigure like the ones I get. I got scammed on the Halloween mystery box for one crappy printed clone. Never buying from him again. Customer service sucks. Confronted him about it and was basically told oh well by Timmy.
Also, the “same day shipping” he always claims is BS!! The site will say same day shipping at the top but at the bottom it’ll say “may take 3-4 weeks to ship
Yeah. He has a lot to learn about business but if he sticks with it he should get better. I won't buy from him but I hope he gets better for all those who do

I’m in the same boat after my recent orders. My first couple of orders were fine, got nice figs to round out the army plus some mystery box sets that were lack luster but still neat (definitely over priced on the site, but reasonable coming from a mystery box).
Recently I have had only negative experiences. One order was completely missing a set, which I got a refund for after a lot of convincing it was actually never sent. And now I’ve been waiting for almost a month for a set (didn’t want to risk anymore disappointment from mystery boxes) that was a not advertised “pre-order” and still haven’t had any update besides the shipping label being created.
I was pretty fed up with the shenanigans, but after seeing your vid I’m convinced to not buy from him again anytime soon.
Never did like the look of republic bricks figures. Nor do I trust the quality of the sets on the site. Definitely if I want a good and well built set I’ll just go to brick vault and get their instructions.
This is why I only buy from clone army customs

I have bought a mystery box from republic bricks and I did get a set as listed. However, the set I received which was a v-wing Is very flimsy and poorly designed. And it falls apart like all the time.

I’ve ordered from him on whatnot and ive had cracked torsos and ive also dm’d him on instagram before regarding when he banned me for requesting a figure to be run on his stream. I asked if he had any 187th clones and he said yes and immediately ran them and i didnt like them so i didnt bid, and after i didnt he banned me and said a whole bunch of crap about me in the chat and it sucked lol

To me the ad seems misleading by shoving the minifigs line in-between all the sets. That’s why I don’t buy mystery box stuff, I’m not much of a gambler, which is what mystery boxes are.

that was a scam clear cut and dried and whoever pushed for the weird turkey design printing (which probably was expensive) needs to step back and change something. maybe the most blatant detail was the total lack of any fig pictures in the listing, and finding out the numbers afterwards is the nail in the coffin. Great video way to be honest and nice about it.

In general have not been happy with his mystery bags. I have never gotten what I would call a “value”. I bought 2 - $18 mystery sets and got identical crab droids when it arrived. Worst part is images on the site shows 6 legs and completed “head” and what I have is “crabs” that have 4 legs and incomplete heads … I don’t know why I’m giving him one more chance but I am going to and then see what happens. I don’t think the customer ever wins with these … I wouldn’t give $10 total for those mini figs.
I got the exact same thing. Worse part is he try’s to make it seem like value by overpricing them if you try to buy them outright. The crab droids on his website are like $30 for like $10 worth of pieces max

I think the big red flag here is him saying the mini figures were the most common in the pool, sounds like he was trying to offload unwanted products by hiding them in these mystery boxes. It’s like taking advantage of knowing people will buy these cause their on sale, cause 3 mini figs being the most common in a pool that had 11-15 sets listed doesn’t really add up that well when you’re looking at how it’s marketed. Every set on that list got a picture except for the mini figs hmmm wonder why that is?

He takes a huge L on making custom minifigures nobody wants. So he throws them into the mystery box with all the other crap that can't sell. And then marks it up. The customers get hype because they see may be good stuff. But they are left with This. All he is doing is passing his loss to the customers. It's a dirty game but that's how the business works.

Waiting on an order from January 4th and when I ask has it shipped he replied with “yep” and later when I asked again he said “yep in transit” yet usps hasn’t even received the package that’s pretty strange how can It be in transit if they do have any recollection of him bringing in the package?

I dont usually buy mystery boxes.... so I bought 1 today just for pure entertainment purpose.
Not expecting anything special, got a couple of OG Lego clone trooper mystery packs, and a clone wars set mystery.
Figured ill take the gamble this 1 time and see.
Either way, itll be figs and a set from the era I collect. Which, is how you have to look at it.
You buy these mystery packs with the thought you will win big... well you just set yourself disappointment if it doesnt fall in line with what you were hoping for.
So, you are better off just saving and buying what you want.

Technically this isn’t a scam, but it’s still misleading and quite unfair.
UV Printers are thousands of dollars and that needs to be taken into account, alongside the cost of labor in making the designs, materials and the base mini figures he probably tries to ensure they are Lego. I got shafted too on a Veterans Day and got one of the mini figs but to be honest 27 dollar cost isn’t unrealistic. Does it stink to get a mini figure, yeah totally agree but I don’t think he is totally lying about his margins. Timmy if you read this make sure I get my set I ordered tho. One of mine didn’t show up last time and you didn’t respond but I decided to give you another shot cause the Venator is dope…

I spent hundreds of dollars on mystery boxes but I will never buy another mystery box, I got 6 crab droids from 6 18 dollar myster boxs, and I also bought 7 mystery boxes for my girlfriend for Christmas, all Christmas figures, this was lame!!! I will say the mystery boxes with set specifics such as AT-TEs and gunship mystery boxes for a higher price are better than the 15-125 mystery boxes
