European court of human rights does not even have enforcement powers on decisions. So all enforcement is entirely down to UK accepting the rulings as a valid decision on grounds of human rights. BTW the UK famously does not grant prisoners sufferage against the ruling Hirst vs UK. So the court acts as a lightning rod for the rabid reactions of cruel or ignorant people whenever they disagree with the ruling. These people place personal political beliefs and self interest above ethical behaviour more often than not. Enough of that though this is bloody good comedy.

There are all sorts of reasons (language, family etc.) as to why refugees seek asylum in the UK - something that is completely legal and the vast majority have their applications accepted. France and Germany take significantly more refugees than the UK does. But you probably already knew all that. Keep searching for reasons to justify your desire to treat people inhumanely.
