Yessss I've been waiting for a video like this! I've been wanting to try fantasy and often times they are so hard to follow because there's too many characters and words are hard to pronounce so I can't understand what im reading lol so beginner fantasy recommendations are very much appreciated!
Great list, some of these I have read and some are on my TBR so it is nice to know that when I eventually get to them that they are easy to read and most likely books that I will love.
Great video. I've been a 'light fantasy' ready for 40+ years. I don't enjoy the really heavy fantasy fiction but easy, light fantasy is my favourite escape.
Fourth Wing got me back to reading after not reading for 10yrs! Just caught my attention from the get go. Easy to read. Couldn’t get into ACOTAR or Legends & Lattes unfortunately. Wish there were more witchy reads! Enjoyed The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches.
This video came at the perfect time. I have just started reading fantasy but I have always shied away cause I thought I would not get it with all the world building. I have read Fourth Wing which was amazing and I have read the Artefacts of Ouranos series by Nisha J. Tuli. Amazing series! After House of the Dragon I am craving fantasy. I really want to read Carissa Broadbent's series. I love vampires, too. Thanks for the book recs!
I love that you made this video! I’m a fantasy fan also, and there are people who haven’t picked up fantasy before that will feel confident doing so because you suggested it! That’s so wonderful. Keep doing you! 🩷
Thank you for this! I am an Urban Fantasy girl but much of the rest of fantasy escapes me so this has definitely helped!
Divergent, Twilight and Hunger Games were a few of my OG favorites

I like the idea of easy fantasy. It's great for those who just want to read fantasy once in awhile. 😎📚
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE RECS! IM GONNA CHECK OUT SOME OF THESE!
Some of your descriptions had me in stitches. You are awesome. 😂❤ (fourth wing one had me rollin)

Great list! Always enjoy your content. I started romantasy’s at the beginning of year, it was like a whole new world opening up to me 😂 💜

Try Heartless Hunter by Kristen Ciccarelli, it’s about a witch who rescues other witches and a witch hunter.
If you wanna go YA and fly through a series, Shelby Mahaurin’s Serpent and Dove is witch x witch hunter and it’s definitely a wild ride.
Great video, thank you! ❤
Great video! Thanks for the recs!
Thank you for this video. I really needed it.
They are old (first one published in 1968), but Anne McCaffrey’s Dragonriders of Pern is my fave fantasy series.

Read most of these and loved them all! Would you recommend reading legends & lattes first or bookshops & bonedust?
One of my favorites is Blue Sword by Robin McKinley. McKinley has many great fantasies.

I’ve been in the middle of crescent city for like a year now 😂
