I dont do romance books at all with this one i got drawn in because of the front cover lol and gave it a try and really enjoyed it i finished it off in 3 days and bought the second book to it I'm halfway through the second book 😊

I gave The Pumpkin Spice Cafe a 3/5 star rating just because I enjoyed the cozy, atmospheric vibes to it. The book did lack depth, but I liked all the different characters so that helped! And I did agree with the majority of people saying it gave Gilmore Girls vibes. I will say though, I think the smut in this was a bit out of place? It just felt off, I can't really put to words why lol. But that contributed to the 3 star rating. I'm in the middle of The Cinnamon Bun Bookstore and so far I'm enjoying this more! Hopefully I like the ending😊
I've never watched Gilmore Girls, but I feel like I should because people keep comparing them. I do agree that the Spice felt out of place, and like they just instantly fell in love. Like "I know your first name and I love you", if that makes sense haha. I think that is why I liked the second book better. The fact that they knew each other for a while, and already have like a semi-friendly relationship helped the story a lot I feel.
Okay I still don't get the playlist thing in books. You're supposed to listen to it while reading? So like put the playlist on repeat until you're done reading? because we all know we won't finish the book before the playlist is over.
Well.. I just put on the playlist and when the playlist was over I let RUclips Music just play music, RUclips Music suggested. And every time I started reading again I just put on the playlist again 😂
@@mariannemkay it's not for everyone, and that is OK 💕 as long as we enjoy the book who cares if it's a book, audiobook, with music, without music. Just joy!
