Big Machine Records or whoever owned the rights to this song asked RUclips to block it worldwide at some point a few years after it was up just fine. It never got unblocked and viewable again on its own but when I tested it just uploadingn it again worked fine and the song wasn't blocked this time around all these years later. The Copyright stuff and RUclips with music can be so tricky that way... A lot of testing/trial and error sometimes lol
