Well maybe you should change the design of your exhaust even a elbow extension so it points to the left just enough so the exhaust fumes don’t heat up the glass and fill with rain
Not sure why you're using a non-synthetic oil when I don't see an OMP. If you're premixing and have the OMP deleted then there is no reason you can't use full synthetic oil.
Should be more of a street car. Things like that wiper motor and arms you took out are very hard to come by these days. This is better preserved as an oem plus build IMO. Your car though do as you please just hate to see such a legendary car get torn apart.

Rotary engines and boxer engines are prone to different wear comparing to v8 or line 4 or 6 with vertical cilinders which wear out more even.

The OEM isn't available new and the only one available in the aftermarket is $300usd.
