Everyone interested should know that all walls ,same as floors will not have any sound proof materials, you will live surrounded by paper walls , ceillings and floors. You will hear outside noise too. Its definetly not for permanent life , maybe for renting is fine if you dont have any clue about construction industry. We have experience it, our friends live in punta prima by the sea new build payed around 300k or more and hear everyone couple floors to left and right .All these buildings will be worth paying asking money when they show quality, not just for vision what is inside ,swimming pool and sauna, this is last thing you shoud worry about, you should think about the place quality you stay 24 hours . This type of buildings Its nothing else just quick money scheme, expensive, working on location, and extra swim pool ,sauna etc. If you understand construction bussiness , if you will count how much this quality building cost you will understand that you overpayed crazy money, basicaly you pay only for location and the view all the rest its very poor quality, windows, kitchen materials . For this price what they ask you can buy a house by the sea, just need to know where to look. Good luck to all.

The quality of all property developers is different and a house by the sea for 300k will have more disadvantages than you describe
