Are you sure its 70f? My house temp ranges around 78-80F and my vaseline (plain, ofc) stays solid. Unless you meant that it would melt when mixed with the powder? Dont mean to be mean, just curious.
It's simple,just peel beetroot with the peeling tool (I don't know the exact name) then Sundry it for a few days untill it's fully dried then using a mixer you can turn those peels in beetroot powder

@@schoolwerk3744 I do this cause my lip balm is kinda matte so I add Vaseline for more glossy look and if I wear the red lip balm I'll get kicked out immediately so when I go to school I alteast have light pink tint

beetroot juice would be better for this as a liptint. this powder would feel grainy and patchy on the lips unfortunately....good thoughts but wouldnt be practical.
if you want to get a beetroot powder you need to slice the beetroot into thin slices then you need to put it in the sunlight for 3 to 4 days then it will be dry grind with a mixer then you have a beetroot powder 😊❤
My beetroot powder never gets that fine, even after sifting it a couple of times, and just ends up settimg at the bottom or basically just doesn't mix up, and I end up with the vaseline or butter by itself with powder in it 🥲

Vaseline has a low melting point. It won't keep shape above 20C (70F) so best to mix it with bees wax
