@@RykThekreator I was obviously nervous as it’s two minutes shorter than when I was practising at home 😄. I’ve subsequently got the Novation Launchpad Mini mk3 so thinking of going back to this track and using that with LK to launch the clips. It might make it easier/more fun to play live. When I tested the Launchpad, LK recognised it and showed the session view, all colour coded, just like with Ableton Live (which I’ve never used). Cool!
@@jonmaddison Wha’? It IS the Mk3! Using it to control the … (?) Sessions within each (?) Scene (or do I have those reversed?) would take me straight back to the Live days with Live 9 / 10 and my Novation Push 1! I am missing that _HUGE_! Could you give me any further updates on using the Mk3 and Lk together? I’m just now getting Lk to operate mostly, stable, using 3 Scenes, with multiple Sessions each. (Quieter, darker ambient piece.) I had troubles learning it before when: (all within AUM of course) more than 1 LK in their own channels as well as more than 1 LK within a single channel. 😞 (The sequencer MIDIpatterns, works beautifully in either way.) The more powerful sequencer that I just bought from them also, has odd instabilities too. 😞 I would like to stick with both though as they have features that I want, that others don’t on my i-Pad 9. Yourself nervously, playing out! No kidding!! I so far wouldn’t dare! In my 20 years now in this smaller tri-cities locale, I never have found another person in my wider accepted age range that likes, music like this. 😕
@@RykThekreator Here I was playing it live directly on the iPad controlling the three sessions in LK Matrix. In my previous video where I’m doing the same track at home you can hopefully see the three sessions where I’ve overlaid the iPad screen in the video. Since this was done I’ve gone back into this AUM session and configured it all through one LK Matrix session. The Launchpad Mini mk3 seamlessly connects, shows the clips with the correct colours and the selected ones pulsing, just like I’d imagine it would with Ableton Live. Using the Launchpad requires no more than a single LK Matrix instance inside AUM, from what I could see. I may do another video showing this track controlled from the Launchpad. Great to hear you’re having a go with it. Which is the other sequencer software of theirs that you are trying out?
Keeping it real!
Doin’ the tune live! Well phreakin’ done man! 😃✌🏼🖖🏽🇨🇦
