In North American dialects (and some british dialects) the last few are replaced by rhotic vowels
Yeah maybe I'm mistaken but I think the last 3 aren't diphthongs in Ireland either

Wouldn't the vowel in “no” be transcribed with an o and not a schwa?
It's a diphthong, and the symbol of this diphthong is /əʊ/ (= ONE sound! not two), so this isn't a schwa but a diphthong.
@@BillieEnglish I meant as the dipthong, wouldn't it be o then ʊ, transcribed as /oʊ/
