- Street Food in Italy - In this video, I will take you to an Italian cheese-making factory to see how mozzarella is made in Italy.
For this Italian street food tour in Italy, we go to Battipaglia, a small village near Salerno, on the Amalfi coast, to learn about how mozzarella cheese is made and also how the famous huge Zizzona di Battipaglia is made.
We also got invited into the kitchen of their restaurant to see how some of their food is made and to try their signature one-kilogram stuffed Zizzona mozzarella cheese.
It was a huge honour and privilege for us to get a closer look at how mozzarella cheese is made and how a cheese factory works.

@Abroad and Hungry I like your videos because you really like food unlike other "foodie" channels.
I grew up in Israel, today it has a mix of Michelin star chefs that can turn a basic dish to the best thing you ate + an ancient history of cooking middle eastern / Greek / Turkish / Italian type cuisine but on another level - best of all worlds.
What to look for:
1. Falafel
2. Shawarna
3. Fish
4. Israeli chef highend food (Tel aviv)
5. Druze food - lamb (dalyat El Carmel)
6. Unique Falafel (look for a 60 year old place called falafel Dvora in karkur pardes hanna)
7. Fish in akko
8. Desert cuisine (by the beduims in the negev)
9. Best baklava in the world :D
Don't be concerned about security over there it is a safe place overall, and you have the classic israeli look LOL.
Haven't been there in a few years but will go soon hopefully. Highly recommended.
