- Today we broke trail into my favourite zone. The snowpack was still thin, so definitely had to keep an eye out for rocks; but the powder was deep, we had the whole zone to ourselves and the stoke levels were as high as the boost levels!!!!!
Not sure if you watch Muskoka Freerider, but this has a similar style, terrain, editing, and music. I say that as a huge compliment. Keep putting out videos like this one and this channel will blow up in no time! Around here it's mostly just groomed trail riding so I live vicariously through you guys via videos like this. Keep em coming.

That is utterly inconceivable, unbelievable how you manage to ignore all of the contour changes and potential obstructions and carnage. To have the balance and focus to just conquer the terrain like this. I am awestruck and inspired to push harder. Thank you so much!

Times have changed. It wasn't but a few years ago nobody wanted their sled to trench. Nowadays, people call it playful. When I watch this video of a rider going across a big powder meadow, the sled is at a 45 degree angle to the snow. The skis are in the air and the stern Is trenched a couple feet into the snow. I guess that's what makes them playful, being able to re-entry on a dime. If you really needed your sled to get and stay on top the snow, then you have a problem. I guess it all depends on what your wanting out of you sled. At age 62, I want my sled to be on top, and be a good climber. . For me,,,, playful is making it home with no broken bones.
The beauty of this sled is I can flip two switches in the rear skid and go from playful/trenching to jumping up on top of the snow and ripping in 5-10 seconds! The whole first part where I'm breaking trail/doing tree riding its in climb(business) mode but when I'm in the zone playing around its in party mode!

Any tips for the gopro in the cold? I can't seem to get one to last more than 10 minutes while sledding.
The white Enduro battery works 10x better than the normal battery. Also keep your spare batteries in a warm pocket when not in use.
That was some sick riding. Great skill, and how the heck do find your way through those trees like that haha.
Thanks man, I've memorized the route and put it in almost the same every year. Breaking trail into this zone is one of my favourite things, normally its a lot harder but this sled is insane!!!

On a good year almost double what we have now.....
Awesome content. Keep it coming. Waiting on new tie rods and boots for my turbo R as the steering froze up from snow melt buildup freezing and breaking things.

Did you say that your 154 pulled better in the steep and deep than the 165 turbo?
When the 2023 154 Expert Turbo R is running right it definitely pulls harder than the 2022 165 Freeride Turbo.
