I also noticed Mojo tested different length instead of making them both identical in size. I assume that would also skew the results. Any time somebody compares their product against another there will always be biased.
I haven't finished the video yet but I got an uplift the other day and it took a little over 10 minutes to put the frame together so I have no clue how that guy got an hour lol. I had never put one together either. They also have their comments turned off. WTF.
I’m the shipping lead at Xybix where the mojos are shipped out from here in Littleton, Colorado. My shipping area desk is the 3 leg corner desk and it’s sturdy and great for sitting or standing at…just buy want you want…I ship out a ton of mojo orders every month so it’s all good!
If your desk is near a wall or better yet, a corner, making it stable is a piece of cake. I would simply install two very simple $5 latches from home depot. They would go on the back of the desk (each around a foot off center.) The latch they attach to would be then secured to a wooden cleat on a wall. This extremely simple hack would firm any desk up very nicely. I plan to do this. Since I am on carpet, I also plan to lay down a 5x8" section of wood that will be drilled into the subfloor so that the base is rock solid. That said, though it will help, most of the shaking originate from the top. I noticed the bases that have a wider section at the bottom (thinner up top) seem to be more stable. You don't see many buildings that are inverted triangles. Yes, I studied Engineering in college- even studied at an IVY, but this is simple 101 stuff.
mojo was deceptive in how they measure the leg thickness. a telescoping pole has a thin and thick end where the thick slide over the thin. He measured the thin inner for the uplift against the thick outer for the mojo.
Yes, I saw that too. Very dodgy. He should be measuring the thinest telescoping section of both products, also taking into account Square/Rectangular leg shape.
if youve ever built a speaker out of mdf and dropped it on the ground then you know that MDF doesnt hold screws and doesnt care how you put it together it can just shatter and fall apart from the smallest drops
The V2 Commercial seems to be the best overall and the one I plan to buy. I will still latch it to my wall and secure the base using 5x8 wood drilled into subfloor since I am on carpet. It is the only way to make it rock solid. Did you end up buying one- any insights you can share?

Ignore. I thought you meant it took me an hour.
Yea they did that after this post I believe. Haha
Love how you educate during your reviews. It’s like you live and breathe this stuff.
thanks for this. I needed another less biased review for the mojo desk.

I think you guys should settle your differences in a cage fight.
So which desk do you think is the best quality overall?
