@@abdirazakelmi6993 I certainly agree with that. But I was saying that I will only use random shouryuken to confuse players when I feel I cannot figure out his intention. On the other side, If I feel I am confident against him, I would try to play safely controling the game, rather than taking risks of spamming shouryuken. It is always the less confident player that throws random moves.
@@proakis6429 guessing is part and parcel of the offensive game too. Throwing, shimmying on wakeup are guesses too. Menard's birdie isnt unique for this, btw you have to outplay the person in neutral in order to force them to guess up close. So you could say menard earned it.

People ask me why I like mena so much even tho I'm not dominican... You can clearly see that mena is not as talented as others when he plays, he's rough around the edges, loses pretty badly against certain characters and when the opponent got a good read on him he shadders in small pieces. But this is exactly why its so satisfying to see him, he's the living proof that hard work always beat talent, as someone who is really bad but strive to get at the top, he is really inspiring
