Hello, the Canon 5235 copier indicates that there is a paper jam. The heater has been replaced and the same problem. The outer door has also been replaced and the same problem. Is it possible that the problem is in the power supply?
Sir I have canon printer. Output voltage on power supply is mentioned as 24V. But when checked with multimeter, it is showing 28.1V. Is power supply ok or damaged? Although printer is turning on. Printer's scanner motor is rotating fast in both forward and backward direction and then stopping suddenly. And also cis light is not turning on. Is high voltage a problem for both above issues?

Resp Sir! Same Canon Board Was K4005 FET Changed Sir and near 22G Ohms Resistor and near the Big Capacitor Resistor was Burned Sir. Cartege new dalne ke baad bhi print black aata hai... supply repir karne se phle ....earthing plate ko chrak jarur karle...

Check primary section short component also check secondary section diode
