I've had the Philly Cheesesteak at Chickie's & Pete during a work visit in Philadelphia. Actually this chain started out in Philly, so not a surprise the execution on this sandwich is well done. That's a lot food you're packing to take home. Looks like it'll last you several days.

Looks pretty good. Gotta say I'm not a fan of lobster cooked on top of things like pizza or fries. It's usually pretty rubbery and disappointing. I think they should call it a Vegas cheesesteak and not a Philly cheesesteak, that definitely wasn't Philly style, but looked super good. Top the lobster on after the bake, drizzle with clarified butter, hotter oven for more char on the crust, and just a bit more to the white sauce and I think it'd be incredible.
