- I visited Kartarpur Gurudwara in Pakistan via the newly opened Kartarpur Corridor and it was nothing less than a delight! Here s everything you need to know:
Known as Gurudwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur, this is believed to be the last home of Sikhism founder Guru Nanak Dev and lies in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. The gurudwara is so close to the border and it is even visible from India but due to the partition, it’s been in Pakistan since the separation.
The rare aspect about this Gurudwara is that it allows Indians to cross the zero line without a visa.
1. Apply Online on the website prakashpurb550.mha.gov.in 15 days before your date of travel
2. This will be followed by a physical verification & inspection by authorities
3. You will know the status of your application only 4 days prior to your departure.
4. If approved, you shall be given an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) which you need to present
5. There is no visa or stamp required!

One thing I don’t appreciate is how this content creator didn’t once give credit to Imran Khan (or pak govt) who actually made this happen. Imran khan really pushed for this and made it happen. I am just pointing this out cuz appreciating each others efforts will help bridge the gap between our countries. I went here recently and people in pakistan were so humble.
They talk with indians so politely and are so excited to take selfies . The langar parshad was delicious and the entire experience was wholesome.

There are literally 100s of Vlogs by Indian visitors of Darbar Saheb Kartarpur. No one has ever had a issue with permission for videography.
Right, i have seen amateur vloggers shooting their vlogs in Kartarpur Sahib and she is a professional tour guide traveller,how was she denied,idont understand !

I have heard about a few vloggers being denied permissions. It might have to do with using a professional camera as opposed to phone (which most armature vloggers use). Kamiya uses professional camera (with a professional crew).

My mom's family lives in India, we have visited India several times and my mom also had an Indian passport but now she have her Pakistani identity. We're unable to travel and visit India because of the tension between the two countries and always they are fighting. So it gets difficult to get visa. But Indians has shown such a great hospitality, I would just love you guys.

This is for all our Sikh brothers from India to visit their holy Pilgrimage but I am seeing a lot of non-sikh people in India deliberately abuse this route to see Pakistan. This is a Pilgrimage route for Sikh brothers from India to visit and pray. Anyone else from India, 9/10 hates us Pakistanis yet they want to studiously enter our territory to trip. I dont understand the hypocrisy.
Well, it's legally allowed. Secondly, wouldn't a Pakistani generally like to see something of India similarly? Like, there's a thing when we are close to a border of a country. Maybe it's childish but it's a bit so uncommon feeling.
